"I used the USAA car buying service and got a great deal! The staff was friendly and accommodating. For being this close to the city, they had a small town demeanor," and that was very refreshing compared to the high pressure sales tactics used by most used car dealerships in the area. Would recommend to anyone.

"I chose them because of their price. They were my first stop and I did not have a good feeling about the price and everything. I also wanted something closer to" the house. Then I went to one closer to my home and they gave me a really good price. The salesman happened to call me and ask what was going on and I told him I got a better price. The
salesman asked me to come back in and told me they could beat the price by about $1,000 and they did. The dealership was nice and clean. I got a Silverado and they already had the running boards on the truck when I bought it. At the other dealership they did not and were going to have to put them on. Another reason I went with
is that I did not have to wait while they did that. I found a little trash in between the seats so I brought it back and they cleaned up the car for me while the salesperson bought me lunch. I brought the car home and found out that the console was very dirty and had not been touched. I was very, very angry. I ended up cleaning it myself and they wanted to know what they could do to make it right. A couple of weeks later I was going to buy a cover for the back of the truck so I called one of the assistant managers in the service department and told her what previously happened and asked if they would discount the cover. The manager said she had to check on it and would call me back, but never did so I would not go back to

Sounds like your biggest problem will be narrowing your list to a limited number of models, and deciding what brand names you are willing to consider to narrow the field.

You can search for websites blogging complaints for each model you are considering to see how they rate with users, and you can also go to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website at     www.nhtsa.gov     to see how many recalls there have been on a specific model and year.

Most dealers these days have websites with their listed prices for new and used cars that you can browse to get an idea of available listed prices.

I would also recommend that you check out the used car values (free) for models you might be interested in on    www.edmunds.com    and on Kelley Blue Book  -  www.kbb.com

Those 2 sources will give you a lot of negotiating power, because they list what the dealer pays the manufacturer on new cars, shows what people have been paying for each vehicle model and model year, and shows used valuations also. There are undoubtedly other such sources also - these are just the ones I have used and seem to be the best known.

Car Dealership reviews in Berlin

This is a wonderful dealership. They staff are knowledgeable and very low pressure. They got me a great deal on a pricey car. They are very quick to respond to my needs in the service department as well.
- Matthew W.

The prices weren't reasonable for the work at the time I was going to have it done. As far as the product and the service, they were good to go. I wasn't going to have them install the items because of the labor per hour cost. They're pretty good on that. They'll get a part and they'll research it to fit it to what you need. The customer service itself is pretty good.

was incredibly responsive to all communication. He was quick to share with me all vehicle documents (emailed them to me immediately), worked with me on pricing, and when I took the car to the Lexus dealership for a check over, I showed him the few repairs that were needed...requested Lexus parts be used and he agreed to it all and performed both repairs immediately. Mind you, I hadn't even put any money down at this point.

I initially purchased a sedan, but it sat a little too low so I traded it in for an SUV a couple days later. When I returned it, the salesman gave a snarky remark and he thought he was being funny but it was very unprofessional.
- Jane C.

It went very very well. They are very thorough and I was happy with the service. My salesman called me two weeks after I bought it to see if there were any problems or if there was anything he could do for me. He checked back with me again about six weeks after that to see if he could answer any questions, etc. Also, he has sent me a Christmas card the last two years. I would definitely go back there and buy another new truck.

When I was ready to buy a car I told the salesman I decided not to buy a Flex. He showed me the Explorer and everything about it. When we picked the car up, he was sure that my wife was there so she could see how everything worked. He set my Bluetooth Sirius Music. Filled the car with gas. we've been pleased with the service.
