A graduate of Virginia military institute and a licensed professional engineer with over 20 years of experience. Originally established as a basement waterproofing company, Mr. Waltz’s background and experience helped him to expand the business into structural and foundation repairs. In the late 1990s, waltz opened an office in Manassas, VA to serve northern Virginia, Maryland and the Washington Baltimore metro region. With family ties in Hampton Roads, Jesse moved his wife and children to Virginia Beach, opening a JES office in Hampton Roads in 2002. Shortly after, waltz saw an opportunity to open in Chester, VA, extending his services up and down the i-64, i-95 and i-85 corridors. Currently JES services the state of Virginia, Maryland, dc/Baltimore metro region and north east North Carolina.
