I've used you like, you can sign, pay a deposit and get on their calendar all in the same visit. During and after each project their were visits by project managers to view the daily progress. Each worker was like a member of my family--Treating my wife and I well and offering helpful suggestions and patiently handling our questions. When the hurricane came through last year and damaged our roof they gave us preferrential treatment and came out the next morning to cover the damaged areas until they could make permanent repairs to the roof and resulting water damage inside. He runs and excellent organization with professional staff. I know they are not the cheapest. But I trust their competence and feel comfortable with them in my home. I'll continue to use them."
Next came time for the installation...about another 2 weeks after the template was complete. We removed the old sink/countertops ourselves (saving about $750)...this DIY project was way too easy for a couple of newbies...I digress. The installers were professional and courteous. They installed the countertops (minus the backsplash/bartop) fairly quickly. One issue, that was a surprise to us, was that one of the countertops was actually 2 pieces, which would be glued together. The grain/pattern of both pieces did not match so the seam is very obvious. Definitely poor quality worksmanship by the company for their lack of attention to detail when cutting the slabs.
The major problems came in installing the backsplash and bartop. There was almost a 1/4" gap between the backsplash and bartop. The installers stop work at that point and called back to the shop. They told us there was enough slab left to recut the backsplash and they would be back in 2 days to reinstall. The day they were supposed to arrive,
