Lowes is somewhat unique in that they provide an overall design coordinator to help guide customers through the process of selecting cabinets, flooring, lighting, countertops, and everything in between.

concerned, however, that Tigerwood might be too strong a statement with the cabinets and countertops we were converging on.
He picked up on this and helped guide us to the Natural cherry floors which are now installed and with which we couldn’t be more happy. We are likewise extremely happy with the handles and lights and other items he suggested.

Throughout most of the design process we had an archway (valance) over our window that matched the one over the to-be-installed gas oven. This required some customization and a few extra dollars and towards the end we eliminated it. When everything was installed we (us,

Firehouse was also very price competitive. We had 4 companies come in and give us estimates and Firehouse was very well priced for the windows we picked out, not the absolute lowest, but pretty close.
Installation went very well, the installers were prompt, courteous and quick. All windows and sliding doors in our 3 story townhouse were replaced same day. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up, they left our house cleaner than it was when they arrived.
Windows are beautiful, they are a joy to both look at and open. We replaced our kitchen sliding door with a new unit with blinds within the glass, which is an excellent feature, well worth the extra $ we splurged to be able to not have to cover up the beautiful view with vertical blinds etc.
We did have a couple of small issues, but the management at Firehouse was terrific to work with and they came up with a great solution to one pesky problem, and now our windows are perfect. The entire experience was great, and everyone we worked with was friendly, responsive and courteous. I will absolutely be recommending Firehouse to all of our friends and neighbors.

He was at our house at 9AM the next morning. Not only did he fix the siding, but he also fixed another piece of trim that my son dinged with the car. No charge!
