The initial treatment of the lawn and inside of the home was scheduled and treated on the same day.
The lawn technician came several time within the two month period to expedite the care of the yard at no extra cost.
It is now August 2014 and my yard now looks as great as a Golf Course and I can not find any bugs in my home.
I highly recommend them.
Problem resolution has been great, too. The technician recently came out a month early and treated the outside, not the inside. I spoke with a manger over the phone about the problem. He resolved everything quickly and notated our account so that it should not happen again. I was very satisfied with how he handled the issue.
Then as he was preparing to leave, mentioned that we could schedule a time to visit his honey farm ... something that sounds like a wonderful field trip. If we ever need wasps or bees removed we won't hesitate to call again.
Before he left I handed him the check for the estimate visit and told him I had not received a bill for the work and I would also like a copy of the contract. He said he would take care of that. The check was cashed the next week, but no contract copy or bill arrived.
A bill did arrive on August 2 and it included a finance charge. I called on the next Monday to find out why the finance charge was there, why the overall bill was so high (more than I remembered it should be), why had I not received a copy of the contract as requested, and why I did not receive a first bill. The employee stated the finance should not have happened and said it would be removed. She also found that they had not done the billing correctly as the on site estimate bill was added - and it had already been billed and paid. She told me the correct amount to pay and I sent the check the next day. It was cashed two days later.
Then I received a bill for a past due amount on August 11. I called to find out why I and this. i was told I should not have received anything as my account balance was zero. I explained I had a letter and a copy of an accounts receivable page in my had that stated I still owed them money. She told me I could throw those away as they were mistakenly sent.
I can give the organization an A for the work done but only a D for the billing aspect.
