"Isha was a perfect match for [name removed]. Easy going, comfortable to be around. I only wish I had called her sooner. Tyras was prompt in finding Isha for us and" returning phone calls. If ever a need I will use this service again.

At first I thought
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
was great. I was very happy with the level of care and trusted them with my mom completely. Until two very bad things happened. One of the caregivers brought bed bugs into our home, which was a real
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
to my mother who was unable to get out of bed if And when the bugs started to attack her. We were forced to move my mom on a gurney into a hotel for a few nights, and pay a lot of money to get the house fumigated. And the whole event upset my mother a great deal because change was very difficult for her to tolerate and exacerbated her dementia. But what made it especially bad was that the owner of the company,
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
, refused to admit that her employee was responsible, even after we found out that the same thing had just happened to another
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
client, involving the same employee! So it was obvious to everyone how the bed bugs were brought into our home, but
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
never would acknowledge it. And then something even worse happened. We found out that cash was suddenly missing from my mom's purse and we suspected a new caregiver that had just started with us. When we brought our suspicions to
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
's attention, she refused to believe us and suggested that my mother had simply lost track of the money. Several months passed, and more money kept disappearing. Then one day our bank called to tell us that the caregiver's husband was trying to cash a check and they wanted to know if it was okay. We said absolutely not, and the bank immediately notified the police. Finally she was caught in the act, but because
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
ignored our concerns, at that point we had already lost $400 in cash and over $7000 in stolen checks! But here's what made the whole situation much worse. We later found out that this same employee had stolen from another
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
client, and wasn't fired. In fact she was placed in my mother's home immediately following that incident! Needless to say, we felt completely betrayed by
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
. How could she assign a known thief to care for my elderly mother suffering with dementia? Bottom line, both of these terrible scenarios never should have happened, and I hold
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
directly responsible.
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
could not be trusted to keep my family safe. They knowingly put my mother in
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
, not once but twice! And when we expressed our concerns,
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
denied any responsibility and never even offered to make things right. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend them, and in fact would warn people to beware of hiring them.

After they were fired I hired a new company to come in to service the HVAC system. They told me that it was a mess and that other than the filter being changed, IT HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS!
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
ripped me off for years. Any one who relies on their services will be sorely disappointed.

I personally discovered this business is running a scam. The owners are
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
Kulbachny,
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
Ram, Nataly Kulbachny and Igor Kulbachny. Basically what they do is start many different businesses under different names, probably to disperse their assets and avoid income levels within tax codes. Multiple business names I know of so far that they operate under include Northwest Home Care,
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
., Arstar, and
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
Home Health. One of the managers listed
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
as a "Bowling
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
" on Angies list. This business chain hires Certified Nursing Assistants but do not tell them that they are actually logging their hours as Home Workers (rather than as a CNA) on the Nurses registry, to avoid paying these CNA's more money. A significant issue with this incorrect job title listing is that the CNAs actually can
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
their CNA certification because the Kulbachny’s are not listing them as CNAs. Furthermore, this Kulbachny business chain gives badges to their workers that basically look like CNA badges, even though they are logging their hours as Home Workers. I’ve had five different CNA's in my home from this business chain to care for my husband. Every one of the five CNAs had no idea this business chain wasn’t properly listing them as CNAs on the nurse’s registry. CNAs should make somewhere around the $20 or so range, however, this business chain only pays these CNA workers about $10 per hour with no raise. One of my five workers had been with this business chain for five years and has never had a raise. She also was certified in 1998 as a CNA. Even though CNAs are required to re-certify every couple years to maintain their CNA status, this Kulbachny business chain told this CNA that she didn’t need to re-certify. When I called the Kulbachny business chain and asked about this they told me that it isn’t the business' responsibility to re-certify their CNAs. The heartbreaking thing for me is that these workers are being taken advantage of by management in order to make a bigger business profit.

They did a fantastic job in finding a care giver for my parents as they can be a little difficult to work with. They really did a great job!

There were only two visits, so it is difficult to rate the service as yet. The provider was very pleasant, but there were some major problems with communication, as English is not her native language, Also, some aspects of the service which I assumed would be understood (such as emptying the lint trap on the dryer when doing several loads of laundry) were not done. This may also be a cultural/experience problem, but if I had not caught it, long term omission of this step could cause a fire.

also learned aboIt was very friendly but also detailed and professional. We worked together to find a caregiver who would be a good match for Mom, who is not very mobile but has an active and agile mind and who loves to play cards, games and puzzles. Because it is only a once a week need, the representative was also very realistic about the ways and chances of getting the same person every week. This was all new to us, so we were very pleased to get such a complete view of
Rocky Mount Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
and its services. We were also pleased to know that help was available 24/7, and that the phone would always be answered by a person who works for the organization, not answering services.
Our caregiver has been wonderful so far. We are so pleased.

I've very pleased with the President/CEO. She's very responsive and very pleasant. Their price is very agreeable. My aunt can afford it. Other people will benefit from their service. I haven't had anything disappointing happen. They are really dedicated. Her costs depend on the kind of services they provide. She charges fairly. They're very professional and reliable. They're very customer friendly.
