Business Description: Glenmore Yoga & Wellness Center assists individuals in improving their health and quality of life through the integration of body, mind and breath. We invite you to join us for a yoga class whatever your age or stage in life. We have a class to fit your needs. Our classes are informal and fun, taught in a semi-circle so the instructor can be attentive to the needs of each student. Each class includes a flow of postures, breath awareness and guided relaxation. Our yoga studio is comfortably carpeted. Our instructors are all certified and registered with Yoga Alliance.
Glenmore also has certified massage therapists offering therapeutic massage, prenatal/postpartum massage, infant massage, reflexology, Thai massage and Energy work.
