We have one owner/estimator and seven employees and do not plan to expand in 2012. Excluded Services: We have a $360.00 labor minimum for most work and a $300.00 minimum for wallpaper hanging. We do not do touch up jobs unless it is for an existing customer or unless it is done hourly and meets our daily minimum. We do not power wash and seal decks unless in conjunction with a substantial exterior painting job.
