Overall, a very good experience. The salespeople were knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Pricing was fair. Delivery time was delayed a couple of days, but the installation team did an excellent and efficient job. One area for improvement: although knowledgeable about the products themselves, the salesperson did not ask us enough questions at the time of purchase to make sure we had the product we needed. Consequently, we lost some time in getting what we needed. However, we're happy with the results.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling and we found
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
. They sent their tech,
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
, over very quickly and he diagnosed the problem immediately. He had to order the part but he showed us a quick temporary fix to keep us from losing our food until he could come back with the part. He came back the next day and it has been running perfectly ever since. Then the oven in our gas
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
decided to not heat up any longer so we called again and they sent the same great tech,
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
, and he again easily diagnosed the problem and he quickly ordered a new part and installed it. My oven is working again just like new! It is very hard nowadays to find a company who does what they say and not just put out a bunch of nice sounding words of advertising.

is great! It is like having a friend to call when you need help around the house. AND their rates are fair and reasonable!

Stay away!
I was looking for a rangetop and had two top contenders price-wise for my purchase.
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
and another online retailer.
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
had the better price, so I went with them.
This company sold me the rangetop online (took my credit card information and sent me a confirmation email).
I called the next day to find out about shipping details only to find out that they refuse to ship the product to me.
(their excuse--I'm out of state--as if mail doesn't go out of state??).
Now they have my credit card information and personal information.
When I told the manager about this, he was quite belligerent about it, saying "That's just the way it is" and saying "sorry" with that "What are you going to do about it"
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
Because of them, my credit security is at risk and I am losing money, as I had two different stores I was comparing and the other was a few hundred bucks more...I chose this one for the price but now the other is out of stock. Now I must pay EVEN more to get it. I'm very unhappy!
I suppose if you can go in and make your purchase, you might be okay--but God forbid you have a problem and have to deal with that attitude.
I rarely write bad reviews--but this was warranted.

My 19 year old Amana washer and dryer were dying a slow death so I finally decided to replace them. I combed the internet comparing brands and models and read numerous reviews. I finally decided to buy GE. A friend of mine has replaced all of her appliances through
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
, so I called the
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
was extremely courteous and quoted me an excellent price on the machines I wanted. I gave him my credit card info over the phone and the deal was done. On 9/3/2014, two deliverymen arrived. They were prompt, appropriately dressed, and ready to work. It was not easy to get the old washer and dryer up out of the basement and the new machines in place. They didn't complain and set to work. They hooked up the gas dryer, put new hoses on the washer and then tested both machines to ensure they worked properly with no leaks. All my other appliances are 19 years old and, I am sure, will have to be replaced soon. I will definitely use
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
again and would recommend them to anyone.

Weeks of calling unresponsive customer service representatives almost ran out the clock with our warranty! We were finally told that the dishwasher would be replaced, but in order for it to be delivered we had to finally go to the Stony
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
Store. The customer service representatives were unhelpful, and the store manager was disrespectful and actually became disagreeable to the point of our having to walk out of the store.
My advice: Use Home Depot! Their service is much better, and the employees are more professional!
Since that time, we tried contacting the home office of Lowe's, but to no avail. We were not able to get any satisfaction, as far as an apology for the rude treatment from store employees.
We are very disappointed!

DJ (son of the founder/owner) was very professional and punctual. He called me (as I'd requested) half an hour before and I met him at my condo. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave the option of replacing the part or having to purchase a new washer/dryer. It's an expensive part, but without it the washer/dryer wouldn't work. I felt comfortable with the service and explanation and will likely be calling in the future when/if another appliance decides to check-out.

This may be a bit long however I did add some comic relief in it to because they are a joke let’s start with their price matching policy is not followed, they claim they will beat any competitors price by at least $10.00 guess what no they don't they did match the price however that was not the policy of the store. I was okay with them just matching the price because the matching also included free delivery and installation. I purchased 4 appliances
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher they delivered the appliances and hooked up the
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
, plugged the refrigerator in a started walking out the door I asked about the dishwasher
installation and was informed that someone else does that so i called the store and spoke to my sales rep
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
which after purchase took a whole new attitude with me and said that wasn't included however in their matching policy if another competitor offers it they will match it.
I called the corporate office (in the mean time I had my cousin who owns
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
's repair service install it for me) and asked to speak to the corporate head. I connected to NICK, I spoke to him and he agreed that it was to be installed however it was already done and he apologized for the mix up. If I ever needed any help he told me feel free to call him (another joke) Now here is where the real fun begins My Frigidaire refrigerator had icicles hanging in the freezer so I called for service well they sent another company out to repair the problem we will call this visit one the tech said oh there is a gap in the casing I need to order silicon filler to repair it (well I'm not a repairman however that seemed a bit lame to have to order it, you would think they would
carry that on their truck. Now visit number 2 he filled the so called gap and said problem solved. Guess again icicles only larger and more of them, called them back and told them the problem is worse. Visit number 3 it was the seal and to check it he used a highly technical tool to determine this a dollar bill, the dollar would move as he pulled it out so the seal is bad (by the way I have the same refrigerator in white in my garage only older before Electrolux purchased Frigidaire. Well I performed the same technical test on the one in the garage surprise same thing happened). Visit number 4 replaced the seal by this time
I did some examining of the refrigerator and could feel gaps in the insulation however it isn't my job to fix it.
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
said thats it you wont have any more problems I replied see you next week and he said are you doubting my work I said no but thats not the problem. So the next day Large Icicles hanging called service again did I mention this is Frigidaire's policy so brings us to visit 5
he decides needs a new door at this point the service calls and parts are more than I payed for the Refrigerator. Brings us to visit number 6 I finally spoke up and said that if you notice there are gaps in the isolation he then replies your right lets just order you a new replacement.

-Da finally it is now September and I purchased in April. The new Refrigerator arrived last week guess what was waiting for me in the morning ICICLES I called Orvilles and told them enough is enough I want a different unit
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
from service agreed to exchanging to a different Refrigerator my wife and went in the Sales Rep
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
tells me he knows
nothing about this and had to make a few calls well he found out I was told this and they would only give a credit less than I paid( you would think that they would at least give you your amount for the price you paid).
I Called the Corporate office (716.601.0610) to speak to Nick got voicemail left a message explaining the situation and to please call me waited 4 days with no response. So called today and ask to speak with good ole Nick was told he is in a meeting same as last time so I asked his assistant to please hand deliver a note to him to call me with her attitude you would have thought I asked her to run a mile. Well received a call from
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
stating he is calling on
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
's behalf, so I was told by him that
they are not replacing it they are going to send a service tech out that it is their policy. I said that
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
said they would replace it he then said let me research it and I will call you back. The phone ring a half hour later and it's a woman don't know her name but no replacing servicing again. So a little advice Beware of Orvilles and if you decide to buy from them shop and
make them price match then take that to a competitor that price matches and then take it back to Orvilles do that a couple times and you do get a good deal my 1,000
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
ended up being 536 dollars same for the refrigerator the dishwasher was 900 down to 350 and the 500 dollar microwave was 200 it pays to shop however service and professionalism is lacking big time and that is something I hold very high with a company and Orvilles lacks it big time. Get them to a price you like then go to a local competitor and purchase your appliance(s) don't give them your business sorry so long but it's not over I have to start the process all over again and Frigidaire is not very helpful either. If you are looking for appliance don't go there first sticker shock alone will get you however the one thing they do have is their matching policy however they match the price they don't beat it as they advertise my next recourse is the Attorney General for faults representation.

This J. Booker was referred by us from our Home Warranty Company. The first time he showed up 2hrs late. A whole day was wasted waiting on this guy who did not show up when he was suppose too! Once he arrived he sat in our driveway for about an hour on his cell phone. He finally came inside and spent about 10 minutes and said he will order a part for us. He informed us to meanwhile just use a heat gun to defrost the coils and that should help. We thought well ok great! It took numerous text messages (because he does not like to talk on the phone), for us to find out if the part was in. He finally told us yes and he could come out Friday. We are very patient people, so we continued defrosting daily, so our refigerated items would not go bad. We waited all day Friday and he never showed up. He then texted that he had a family emergency and he could not come. We are epathectic people, so we defrosted all weekend. Once again we had to text him to find out when he could come back out, we agreed on Monday. We rearranged our schedules and he never came during the hours he said he would. Yes, once again we texted him and asked him what time he is coming, it is now past the time frame already. He told us closer to 5pm now. Well, 6:30 came along and guess got it...NO phone call, NO text message and a NO-show!! We contacted our home warranty people and they are sending us a new tech. Meanwhile, we will still have to defrost daily and start the whole process over again. This was crazy!! So yes this company is an F all around!! How about some work ethics j-tech appliance !! We sill NEVER use this company and we will be sure to tell all of our contacts WHO we do NOT recommend!!

My refridgerator stopped working and it was a very hot summer week. I called one of the big stores where I purchased it but was told they couldn't come for 5 days. Food was melting in the freezer! I called
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
and he responded within 2 hours. His questions over the phone
Prince George Discount Appliances Provider Name Locked
him to call his parts supplier and he arrived with the exact part ready to install. Most of the cost of the repair was the part. What a pleasure to have in my home!
