Will was great to deal with, very professional. his workers came and worked hard and fast. A couple of pieces that were suppose to be fixed were not repaired the first time but they came back and fixed it at a later date. my only minor complaint is that the workers dropped a lot of nails around my house and I have 4 kids. I hope any contractor at someones house would be more careful and diligent to pick up harmful objects they work with.

Met them at a home show. Called me when they said with the information. Had other questions and wanted other estimates and they did that as well. Had ideas about what I could do. Once I get all the tiles repaired and shower regrouted will call them back to order the shower door for them to install.

responded promptly to my request for an estimate. They arrived on time and gave me suggestions on where to purchase the supplies needed. I received the estimate within 24 hours of the visit. They knew I was ready to do the work, and began within two weeks. Summer was available for consultations and any questions I had were promptly answered.

showed up when they said they would and came in on budget. The workers cleaned up as they went along and were very polite and professional. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

My kitchen and bath person was excellent, but when it came to the flooring department it gat a bit dicey. There was very little communication between their staff. It took a number of people , including the store manager and the K & B department person to sort out the purchase. The products we bought were of good quality, the counter tops were farmed out to Capital Granite, The final product was good, but there was a little confusion. It took the Capital Granite rep. to finalize the problem. I would use

again, but I will be better prepared to deal with questions at that time.

This company was very professional and fulfilled all aspects of the contract. With this being a complete gut and rework of a master bathroom and kitchen,

worked well with the other contractors and my family needs in reference to work times. I plan to have them come back for some more work.

was very thorough in his original consultation/estimate and asked many questions we had not thought through. (This was our first home renovation project) He and his crew were pleasant to be around and we felt very comfortable having them in the house to do the work. His pricing was very fair and he delivered services exactly as they were spelled out in the contract, with no

costs or surprises. When unforeseen issues did arise, he was able to sit down with us and talk through all of the possible solutions. The work he and his crew did was excellent and we are very pleased with the results.

Made an appointment with the manager and visited with him on several occasions to decide which material would be used and to set a date for installation. On the day of installation, the workers called to inform us they were running late, they stated that they would be an hour late, and then another hour goes by, no workers. No call back. Had to run an errand and would be back within a half hour, once we got back to our house we found that the materials and equipment were left outside. They rescheduled two days later. Came in and got the job done, they had explained that we could not use the sink for 24 hours. After the 24 hours were up we started to use the sink. We noticed that the caulking or adhesive to keep the sink attached to the granite was dissolving, also where the backsplash meets the granite the mortar began to crack. All within two days of the finished job. We left a message on the weekend and got a call back that following Monday, after playing phone tag for a few days we were able to schedule a repair appointment. Finally a week after the installation we were able to get someone from the company to come out and fix the problem. This time we waited 48 hours until we used the sink. The final product looks great at a good price, it was just was a lot of work to get it all done.

Not well at all. It took a year to complete a project that should have taken several months. They were not good about coming when they said they were going to come. The overall project turned out really well, but working with them was not pleasant.

They do things in spurts. Someone comes and pulls out items. A week passed with no one coming, no one called. Poor communication. The highlight was when they had the field manager for project tell me he was with a customer when I called to speak to him about something. They put flooring in crooked. (They gutted the bathroom entirely). In one section they did find a large whole underneath my tub. They fixed this correctly. One man spackled the entire wall,

They thought it would be easier to walk away from the job just by the attitude we got from them. They even wanted to charge us an extra 4000 dollars for some things they said they did. They never gave a detailed cost statement so they had us paying them in the dark. It was a very bad job and a very bad experience for us. They left the floors, walls and cabinets unfinished.
