Before I could even tell them who I was they said my name. Cell phone to cell phone; pretty clear they had my number. They said they didn't have my phone numbers. They said their delivery man tried to call from my building lobby. 24/7 doorperson and who calls me several times each and every day. Very secure building.
My credit card had a security breach in February so I have a new number.
I will never send our $400 shirts, $3,000 men's suits, formal wear or anything else to them again. Today is the last day.
I'd even venture to guess my credit card may have been breached at this very unprofessional business. Based on what happened today it seems very likely.
I am wondering if they have relocated. I have been searching the web, but no luck so far. Does anybody know if they re-opened?
I know they had some bad reviews, but I went many, many times and had wonderful service -- both in cleaning, pressing and customer service.
When I picked up my jacket and got home, I noticed the sleeve looked like it was given a rush job. No matching of the pattern, and I could see a visible hole where the button once was. When I tried it on, the sleeve did not move properly. It was bunching up and getting stuck on something each time I moved. I could see the excess fabric folded inside the lining. It was improperly re-attached and the buttons were sewn through all layers of fabric, creating a problem. The garment was unwearable. It looked like an amateur did the work, not a true professional.
I brought the garment back to show the owner, and ask for it to be re-done. He argued with me and barked “That's how sleeves are done!” I was shocked. I showed him another jacket, but he would not re-do it or give me my money back. In addition, the pants were hemmed way too long for me. A break at the hem is proper for men's dress pants, but not for women's. The length would only work for 3-4 inch heels, which are not the kind of shoes I can wear.
I wasted my money. I will not go back to this place. I had to take the jacket elsewhere to be fixed, and had to pay AGAIN. I have since found reviews on another website that others had similar negative experiences with

I've also been impressed with their ability to dry clean and get stains out without harming the garment. I recommended them to my parents recently who had been using another company (their logo is a bow tie) without great results. (They would often complain to me that they took something in to get cleaned and either the stain wasn't removed or the garment was damaged or they would simply say they couldn't get the stain out (without even trying) without damaging the garment. So, they tried CC and were most impressed that the garment came back in excellent condition and stain free!
The price came out to $110.56. I was astounded by the cost, but figured it would be worth. So I paid in full via CC.
The woman at the desk advised that I could pick the garments up on 2/26/15. (Normal 2 day turnaround)
My wife arrived there late afternoon on 2/26/15, only to find that they were not there nor completed. She explained
they were a little backed up at the wash plant. She informed my wife that they would be ready "first thing
in the morning". (No biggie, things happen. I didn't need my suit until 3/1/15 - I had a formal affair at work to attend.)
I arrived on 2/27/15, "first thing in the morning." I actually followed the woman into the store as she was opening. 7AM.
She was frustrated that someone had parked in her parking spot and vented a little. I asked about my clothes and she said said they weren't done yet & for me to try back in the afternoon. (Pretty

A guy was there this time and he took my wife's name and number down. He said he would call IF they came in later that day. (2/28/15). No call was made.
3/2/15 - I arrive at the cleaners to find 15 out of 17 garments are there. The guy says 2 are still at the wash & he's not sure when they will be in. He had my receipt taped on the computer and admitted that he was supposed to call me, but it must have "slipped his mind".
My 15 garments are stuffed into a 2 plastic bags. I expected them to be individually wrapped. Clean and neat. If not all, at
least my suit and ties. This was not the case. I was also informed that
