After they told me what I was doing wrong, I made sure I followed their instructions and still had the same problems. When I received the first set of equipment I called them and told them it was wrong, did not receive replacements because I don't think they believed me. Received another set of equipment recently and they are still not correct. I checked the packing slips with the equipment I was first setup with and they are all different.

Used them as the provider for the fitting of a sleep apnea cpap machine, and the ongoing provision of related supplies (covered by medical insurance) for about 2 years (have not had any in-home visits/services)

fittings. Also fine in the 1st 6 months when monitoring of usage is required by insurance, troubleshooting, and answering questions. Very accommodating in letting me go to office myself to accelerate the process. Unit is top of the line brand and masks, and includes a wireless transmitter so you don't have to deal with mailing data cards or bringing in the unit, like with some cpap providers. Also, the 2 or 3 times that pressure changes were required by physician, they promptly and accurately executed the changes requested (again, done remotely).
That said, I have rated them lower because aspects of their ongoing replenishment service has fallen short in several ways for me, getting worse and more annoying since they subcontracted the "customer contact" part of supply provision.
* Their replacement hoses are generics which I find significantly inferior in actual usage than the original brand. They
are "springier" and therefore flip around more, get caught up in bedding, and put more stress on the nose attachments enough to more frequently cause leakage that wakes the user. The original brand (ResMed) is much "slinkier", so it is much more comfortable and less obtrusive, so much so that I actually pay out of my pocket to buy the brand name myself, even though their generic would be free (via insurance) for me. Comfort matters in using a CPAP.
* Methods for setting up notification for replenishment dates was not clearly conveyed, nor was the frequency with which masks should be replaced.. After my

started degrading after 6 months, it was by googling the manufacturer site that I learned that cushions should be changed every MONTH. For some reason, I was also not set up for notification of when I was eligible for re-supply.
* They have recently (?) subcontracted to another firm to provide contact calls and replenishment, in which a computer automated voice tells you "her" name is "Faith" as though it is a real person (really rubs me the wrong way) and it is difficult to get through the voice tree to reach a real person for anything but the most routine choices
* It's supposed to take up to 15 days to receive supplies, quite long as it is, but the last two times it's taken even longer than that to arrive-- right now I'm at 19 days and counting on latest order, with no delivery yet. As far as I know there's no way to track the package or expected arrival, they don't send you any email confirmation of order or shipment, for instance

I would only use them again because my insurance requires me to.

. He did some high pressure sales tactics and basically forced me into this chair instead of a different model. I have had it for a year as of today and the chair has broken down. The old chair I had for 8 years and it was great. The make and model of my chair now is a Pride Jazzy ES. This chair has a poor motor. I have almost been in an accident while crossing the street in it. It turns on by itself if I reach over. I have to turn it off often since the equipment is faulty.If you go in the laundry room and the floor is slightly damp the chair slides all over. It has no traction like its on ice. Its been falling apart since day one, a screw here and a part there. When I contacted the provider about the defects of the item they give me a run around. I would not recommend this company. It took them 4 months to bring this chair to my home after purchase and when I ask them to repair the chair and provide me a loner they state that they do not have a loner. They stated they could get me one from Columbus and that it would take 5 days.

Please please please DO NOT use this company. I only used them because my insurance company sent me to them. However, they try to get money out of you when you get the equipment before it goes through insurance; they double-bill the insurance companies; they don't send out a paper invoice (instead they e-mail you). Before they submitted their claim to the insurance I received automated telephone notifications and emails that I owed them money and if I didn't pay, they would send it to a collection agency. It has been a nightmare dealing with them and trying to pay them what I truly owe after insurance. I have never, ever dealt with people like this. It has been the worst experience of my life.

She should be coached to say, "I'm so sorry about the mix-up. don't worry, we'll get you taken care of. We'll just have to hurry, that's all." Anything more positive would have kept my business!
