has been doing the maintenance and repairs on my cars for several years now. Generally, if it's not same day, it's next day service, with a few exceptions for extensive work (two of my vehicles are well over 100K miles). Most of the work is straightforward, but when I needed to get a new antenna and there wasn't one, because they're not manufactured anymore, he was able to re-wire the old antenna so it would work again. This took some time and I appreciate the time spent on trying to hunt down the part and then in re-habbing the original one. The most recent work was an oil change and then a brake repair on a different car."

on Thursday afternoon. Told him what problems I was having with the car and asked when he could get me in. He told me to bring it in first thing in the morning which was perfect for my schedule. Dropped it off a little after 8. Had a call by 1 PM telling me what was wrong with the brakes and that it was fixed. So I took it back and they said they would fix it, or so I thought. Took it through the car wash again and this time it was leaking through the side air bag and head liner. So, once again took it back. I asked for a loaner car, which they gave me (b/c the last incident cost me time at work b/c they were over 30 minutes late with the shuttle). So I took it in today, at 7:15 and received a call a couple hours later saying it was fixed. I asked "Are you sure its fixed this time?" and I got a "Yes" I said "Great! so you tested it?" to which I they replied "No" b/c they have to wait 48 hours (they put in a new windshield even though the leak was not through the windshield this time). They also repaired the rear struts on my Toyota. I looked up the cost to do it myself and even had a crazy expensive quote from the local tire and battery store for $1,000 (rip off). When I called
