Business Description: at Autumn's we provide delicious, upscale comfort food, while priding ourselves at being one of Richmond, VA 's most affordable caterers. our custom menus offer fresh, and often local ingredients that are hand prepared, and can be tailored to your exact needs. we offer 10% discount for Angie List Members frequently asked questions: are you licensed and insured? yes, we are fully licensed and insured in Virginia. what services do you provide while catering my event? our professionally trained staff will set up the food tables in the requested style and colors. we will also survey the room, remove trash, bus tables and clean up the food area. we will also pack up the food items and catering supplies. what other services do you provide? we are able to provide full event planning and decorating services, professional bartenders and bar service, service staff, plated table service with customized tableware, room design and decoration. we can also setup and breakdown tables, and provide specialized rental items such as tents, fountains, dishes, tables, table linens and napkins. what time will you arrive? our staff is usually on site two hours prior to the start of your event. we use this time to set up and organize the site. do I need to be there when you set up? we ask that you or a representative of your party or facility be there to grant us access to your site. You do not need to be present during the time we are setting your space. If you are you are unable to be there during the arranged time, we do ask that we meet with you no more that 72 hours prior to your event, at the site, to go over any special instructions or final changes. do you provide same day or emergency service? yes. we are able to provide service for small lunches and dinners with at least 4 hours notice depending on the menu chosen. We also can provide service for larger functions and weddings if request is made no later than 4pm the prior day. how far do you travel? we typically service the greater richmond area. we will gladly travel throughout the state of virginia for a small travel fee. do you charge extra for holidays or weekends? no. do you charge any additional fees? all parties are subject to state, local and meal taxes. An additional fee will be charged for parties less than 20 people or more than 200. If the event runs longer than 4 hours, an additional fee per hour, per staff member will be charged. what if i need to make changes? we ask that any changes to the menu or location be made no later than 72 hours prior to your event. any changes to the guest amount should be made no later than 5 days prior. what if I need to reschedule an event or move locations? we ask that you let us know if there are circumstances that require you to move or reschedule your event as soon as possible. we will try to make the transition as smooth as possible. an additional fee may be charged to redo the event at a later date. what forms of payment do you accept? we accept cash, check, credit card or paypal.
