Business Description: I have been an ASHI certified home inspector for 12 years to date. I work solely for you and your best interest, giving you an accurate and unbiased analysis on your home. A good inspection can save you thousnds of dollars. Some major, some minor. I will discuss each item for your complete understanding and go over repair estimates and priority items. Afterwards you'll have all the information you need for negotiations and will feel more at ease about your decision to go forward with your purchase or to back out of the deal. The new contracts being used by Realtors just this January has eliminated all the walk through items as a must fix. Having a home inspection is your best protection to get out from a contract if any deficiency(s) discovered are bad enough to allow you to walk with your earnest money returned in full. Competitive prices based on size and age of house. Specializing in older homes. Serving Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Alexandria, Arlington, Montgomery Counties and Washington DC.
