Installation was quick and smooth; doors were as ordered;
Fairfax Door Installers Provider Name Locked
explained working of internal blinds, locks, etc. He alerted me about the possibility of having these doors keyed to the other external doors in the house and took care of that. In addition, he took away another door I had replaced previously.
Fairfax Door Installers Provider Name Locked

Install of triple pane windows was smooth and efficient. Product value is well worth the initial investment, providing significant energy cost savings. We used

did and very good job.
Fairfax Door Installers Provider Name Locked
was very professional and provided several cost options and suggestions on replacing a old back door with a Thermo-tru fiberglass door and installing an

I received 4 calls a couple of days before appointment, day before and day of. I was asked all the information all over again. Then I was told that if the egress window project would involve removing brick, mortar, blocks - that they could not do that work, but home show reps thought they could...
Salesman did arrive on time. I showed him sliding door first. He said it could run up to $8000. I said that I had switched a door out to a french door in TX for $1200. He said that was TX and that his company not Home Depot! Then he said the lowest it could be would be $5000 at best, because they are custom doors. I said well, there is no point showing you the small window. I didn't realize your prices were so high. He wanted to look at it anyway. This window is a single piece of glass about 18in x 24in at the most. He said that would be too little to make an order at about $800. But I could add the slider door and this...
I had asked all of this at the home show. Why didn't they just tell me they were an expensive company?
Then the man asked me if he could use my restroom. I told him "no." He said 'no?" I repeated it. Then he left. I told him I was sorry that the home show people wouldn't just give me a ballpark figure and I wouldn't have wasted our time. He said, "I just did give you a ballpark figure."
Smart alecks I don't need. Wasted a day waiting on him to come by to be rude.

I tried to get estimates from probably a dozen companies. Most didn't even bother to show up. Mr. Whither came on time for his estimate and was very prompt in starting and completing work. He ran into a couple unforeseen glitches along the way (the opening for the door wasn't totaly straight, the old lock had problems with the new door, etc.) He was great about dealing with these little hurdles and came back as promised to wrap up the loose ends that resulted. The new door looks great! I'd definitely use Mr. Whither again!

Sunshine is an excellent company overall. We have had good experiences with them and many of our neighbors have, too. For this particular job, we had storm damage and a hole in our roof. They were quick to come complete an estimate and then were quick to get materials ordered, and schedule set to complete the roof, gutters, gutter covers and siding. The day of arrival, they showed up on time, and though I wasn't expecting everything to be completed in one day, it was and they did a very thorough job in cleaning up. The company from the owners down to the work crews who come out are very professional, experienced and easy to work with. I highly recommend

, and would hire them again and again.

I called yesterday, and
Fairfax Door Installers Provider Name Locked
was able to come out today. He came when he said he would come, and came in slightly under his estimate for re-keying locks in our newly-purchased house. One of the doors had at some point been kicked in, and he installed a metal plate to act as door jamb reinforcement for a flat $150 fee (parts and labor). The door sagged slightly and he tightened the screws in the hinge (and even added two new ones) and included that in the $150 fee.
In short,
Fairfax Door Installers Provider Name Locked
is a true professional. *Maybe* you pay a bit more with him, but it sure is nice to know the job was done right.
