Auto Body Work reviews in Fairfax

was very busy and I delayed the job until the next week. I delivered the car on Thursday and picked it up on Friday. the job looked well done.

I did a detailed

of local area body shops to find one I could trust would do good work on my brother's car (a Toyota Solara). The car had damage to the rear passenger quarter panel and other scratches, dents and "bruises" along the side of the car. We'd originally taken the car to a dealer who wanted to replace the quarter panel, however, Mr.
Fairfax Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
advised against it due to the cutting/welding which could allow condensation into the under body (which may lead to potential rust). We hemmed and hawed a bit, thinking a new quarter panel might be necessary, but Mr.

advised that he would have the car looking as good as new when they finished. We were also on a time crunch to get the work done since my brother and his family would be on vacation. He would need the car back the following week. Mr.

promised he could handle it in this time. When we received the car back on that Friday, we were absolutely amazed at the fine work he and his crew had performed. The body was seamlessly redone. The paint was a perfect match. It looked like an entirely new car! As a favor, Mr.

also agreed to take care of some scratches near the back of the car (which he did gratis). To say we were pleased with the result would be an understatement.
During the pickup, Mr.

took me across the street to

to schedule the cleaning (the coupon deal for Angie's List subscribers) for the following week (they were running short on time that Friday and wouldn't be able to get it done in time for me). I brought the car to

today for an Express Interior cleaning and a hand wash and Rain-X exterior finish. They also did a great job and the car looked fantastic when they were through with it.

and his staff were very professional, fair-minded and went the extra mile in the work they did for us. I'd recommend his shop wholeheartedly and definitely go back if ever in the need of repairs in the future.

The entire experience was great, communication before the appointment was great, and
Fairfax Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
was professional and extremely pleasant to be around. As far as the work and the pricing, the front bumper was worse that I had realized and was really pretty mangled, to the point that we discussed whether it was worth it to repair, and the work around the door handles was tricky as well. We agreed to give it a shot and the results were nothing short of amazing and I found the price to be extremely fair for the quality of work done. I couldn't be happier with the result and the price. I will be getting the car detailed by

in the next few weeks and have already told my friends who love and take care of their cars to call if they need any detailing and/or paint/body work.

They had really good customer service and they kept me updated on the progress of my car. Compared to another estimate I had done they were very reasonable and they were less expensive although their customer service was above and beyond. They did a good job; my car looks great and their customer service was fantastic. I will use them again in the future.

Called to make appt. for estimate. Got "

live on the phone and arranged appt the same afternoon.
Arrived at shop and pulled right into service bay. Got acceptable estimate after brief negotiation.
Waited for repair to be completed. Took about 40 minutes - great! Instead of dealing with the hassle and expense of a body shop, then having to leave the truck for a day or two, I was in and out of

Master in less than an hour with a good repair at a reasonable cost.

I called ten companies on Angie's List. Their price was by far the best. It was so low that I worried they would take short cuts or economize on materials.
I scheduled an appointment. My car is not very common, but they had the glass in stock in one of their warehouses. They arranged to have it delivered overnight to a shop near me. They started the installation at 8:00 AM the net day.
I have never dealt with a company that was as careful about doing everything right and making certain of customer satisfaction.

The staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. They worked with me to control costs, but ensure safety of the vehicle. Got everything done when promised even with a snow storm over the time they were working on the vehicle.

Our car was hit by a deer.
Fairfax Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
was rated high on a car club forum I frequent so we tried them for our claim. They worked with our insurance company and they completed the work on time. The car looks great. The paint matches and the body panels fit perfectly. I am very happy with the end result. We chose them over the dealer
Fairfax Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
as we didn't have the best experience with the dealer on a prior car's repair. This repair was ~$3K and covered by our insurance. For our second experience several months later, our car was vibrating after we ran over a large pothole. We tried a tire place for a wheel alignment but the vibration persisted.
Fairfax Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
determined that our wheels were slightly bent. We replaced two wheels and the vibrations are now gone. This repair was $400. (We traded our wheels for refurbished OEM wheels.)

I used them because they were close to my house and on my insurance's approved list for the work. There were at least 3 mix ups with Craftsman not handling the insurance paperwork correctly and my insurance company had to resubmit the paperwork 3 separate times. The account manager for my insurance was extremely hard to contact over the phone and never returned my calls. Once I finally did get him on the phone (4 days after insurance sent over paperwork), they didn't have an appointment for another week. He was rude and not very customer-service oriented when I spoke with him and when I dropped the car off. He did email me the estimate for my records and the work was done on the date he promised (Friday afternoon for a Monday morning drop off - which I thought was a long time for minor work). The repair looks great - can't even tell I was hit in that general area. They did completely vacuum and wipe down the interior of the car, which was a nice surprise. I can't comment on price because I didn't get comparison quotes and my insurance covered it 100%

When I had a minor accident in my 1996 Honda Accord Wagon I decided to pay for it myself versus going through my insurance. It was minor and my fault and my car is older and basically just a car. I checked out 4 auto body shops. Two of the shops insisted the front bumper had to be removed to replace the headlight and that they were looking at the Honda guide. I was clear in describing exactly what I wanted fixed. However they insisted they had to follow procedure which was $1,200 to $1,500. I stood there in shock. I am the customer and you don't, can't, or won't follow or consider a reasonable request. These places had 1 to 2 week turn arounds. I went to another shop $300.00 quote. There were a lot of banged up police cars but he seemed to understand my request. I looked on Angie's and found

's. We talked about the car and what I wanted and what he thought it needed. Wow! We agreed. He was professional! The work was done in 1 day for $200. No duct tape necessary! Savings $1,000.
