"So, I went in based on the reviews. Needed to get a pair of pants hemmed, no big deal. Fitting went fine, she told me to pick them up in a week. She was abrupt, but not overly rude. A week goes by and I head in. I asked to try them on which appeared to irritate her. So I try them on and they are too short. Seriously too short. High waters. So I ask her to look at them. Her first response was this was how "work pants" were supposed to look. Keeps mud/dirt off them she said. Two problems: First - they were not work pants. Second, that's nonsense.
The next comment she made was that it was my fault. I must not have been wearing them right when she measured. Well, first, even if true, that's not the road to customer service. But, at over 40 years old, I am pretty confident I know how I wear my own pants.
So she (begrudgingly) takes them back and says it will now be another week. I get them and they are still too short. I am not kidding. Having had enough, I walked out with the pants and took them somewhere else which took care of them no problem.
While there, it was clear they do a lot of high-end stuff. I can only guess that if you need something

"Several months ago I noticed that the arm on my leather sofa was soiled from food stains on it that needed to be removed. I remembered that I had some saddle soap and I used it to clean the arm. The saddle soap removed the stain but also part of the finish on the leather. I was petrified. This was a very expensive sofa and I had caused permanent damage to it myself.
I called Room and Board, the company I had purchased the sofa from, and they gave me the names of two companies they recommended. I called both and explained the situation, yet neither one for whatever the reason completed the work for me. In fact neither one ever came to my home to look at the problem nor did they even return my phone calls and emails.
At that point I turned to Yelp and found Premier. I called and spoke with Bill

the owner and he came over the next day. He explained what had caused the problem and how the sofa could be repaired like new. We scheduled a service appointment for the following week. The day prior to the appointment Bill called to confirm and then showed up on time with his daughter

They explained again what needed to be done and immediately began the work. I thought at first the price was a bit excessive but they were here for over four hours. They vacuumed the sofa under the cushions and then gave it a complete cleaning using a special solvent. This detailing revealed additional spots that had been damaged previously by incorrect cleaning. At that point their dying expert arrived. He first matched the color and then sprayed the entire sofa. When he was done, it looked like new.
I found both Bill and

also told me the other services they offer including the cleaning of expensive area rugs. I can without any hesitation recommend them for leather cleaning and repair.
"I am very impressed with this company, there are no brick and mortar reweaving shops in the Seattle area anymore so I was afraid I would not be able to repair this sweater. The cashmere sweater was a $700 sweater I found at a second hand store for $5 due to having three small holes in front of the sweater. I decided it was worth the gamble and gave it a shot. I cannot find the two smaller hole repairs, they are compeltly invisable. The larger hole has a slight bump at the site of the repair but I think that will go away as it is worn. The sweater was black so the color was not hard to match but for the record, it is the exact same black. I am extremely pleased and now that I know this is an option, I will return to them again for sweater repairs. They also say they can repair moth holes in suits, I am going to give that a try with a wool overcoat that needs repairing. The only decrease in point is in responsiveness, it is not possible to get a quote before you send in your garment so I had to incur shipping charges first, but it wasn't much and they did call with a bid before doing the work. I would have liked it if they had been willing to give a loose estimate by photo before I shipped the garment.

was very knowledgeable about her field and was great to work with. She has alot of great ideas and was very helpful. I would most definitely recommend her.
"I had a long, knit St.

evening gown that needed to be taken in through the chest area. The gown was over 10 years old and still fit, except for the top section. Given I could not wear it unless it was altered, I thought I would give it a try. (Worse case scenario, I would donate it to charity). I took it in and was met by a friendly outgoing woman. She said she could take it in (no problem) and would have it done in a week! I was surprised she could do it in such a short time. Even more amazing was the price: $15.98! I picked it up a week later and the job was done perfectly. You could not even tell it was altered. The gown fits like a glove. I did tell the seamstress that she could easily have charged twice if not three times the amount. I gave her a $20 and told her to keep the change - Wow this woman is amazing! The only issue is when you take items in, please check when the shop is closed and open. The shop is closed a couple of days a week."
"The owner,

, is very professional and courteous. She hemmed a cocktail tress and the work was done in a week. I am no stranger to the art of sewing and I have to say her workmanship is high quality. Her price was very fair for the amount of work she had to do on the article of clothing. I asked for price quotes to alter slacks that need alterations and those prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business and will be using her again.
"I did not have any services rendered by

as I was not even given a

to say anything more than the type of dress I needed altered before the person on the phone started talking at me in an aggressive

. She stated firmly "No. I don't do that. I don't have time for that right now. I just don't do it! My mom is not helping me right now, so you can just call PK's Alterations. He should be able to help you, but I can't." I respectfully thanked her and let her know she should probably be more professional with customers on future phone conversations. Truly seems like an operation being run from someone's home and not a professional business at all. Would not ever even call here again for fear of being treated rudely by this person.
"I have been going to see

exclusively for my bras for over 10 years! Once I found her and her boutique I knew I could never get a bra at a regular store again. They may look nice, but retail stores never quite fit me right.
One of her assistants who has been with her for several years sized me and gave be a few bra options then adjusted them and made sure they fit properly. Then
Danville Tailors Provider Name Locked
, as she always does, came to double check that they fit right. She will not sell you a bra if it doesn't fit you properly!! There are no refunds or exchanges, but you don't need them since you know your bra fits the right way before you leave the store. : )
She has a high quality of items there as well. I have bought swimsuits (that also go by bra size so you look good at the pool too) and many bras here, including the one for my wedding dress and nursing bras. My bras have lasted several years with the right care, and if you go down in size a little, she can alter your bra for you so it lasts you longer. Her alterations are inexpensive, as you already invested in the actual bra.
As always, I left with bras that fit me well and my ladies were supported properly once again!!
"This tailor is AWESOME. I ordered a bridesmaid's dress online and it was late arriving- 10 days before the wedding! The tailor was able to make a lot of alterations to the dress and have me in for another fitting in 4 days. The fit was great! I tried to leave him a tip but he refused to accept it. He is a true gentleman, personable, and honest. Highly recommended!

provides excellent service! The cassock (lining) was in pretty bad shape, but she took the time to create a pattern so that she could sew in the new lining by hand. The material she purchased for the new lining was better quality than the old lining and reasonably priced (given the original cost of the cassock). I am very impressed with her skills as a seamstress, and her prices are very reasonable for the high quality work she provides. Last year she repaired two other cassocks for me (these were new but needed adjustments) as well as a very expensive silk and brocade liturgical vestment. I highly recommend her services.
