Dryer Vent Cleaning reviews in Chesapeake

They were on time and professional. They inspected exterior areas for any issues and fixed them as well as cleaned up the area once completed.

Technician was delayed coming to house but called and arrived as he estimated.
Assessed the vent and dryer. Quoted a price for the job. Did the installation, including removing the back of dryer to clean lint inside machine and vacuumed clean the lint screen and interior of lint screen housing. Whole job took about 2 hours,
Very please with the results.

Great company. They were on time, professional and friendly. They explained the process, answered my questions and took care when working in the home. They cleaned up after themselves and the air is cleaner and clothes dry faster now. I will use this company in the future when I need a similar service and will recommend to my friends.

Discovered problem immediately and proceeded to repair.. Prompt, friendly, professional, paid attention to details. I gave a C for responsiveness only because of time it took to respond to appointment. Otherwise, very pleased with work performed.

They were very good. It cost me $155. They were very good and it took them less than 45 minutes to take care of it. They were very professional and in and out. The price was good and fair and we got it when they were having a special. We called and they came out the same day and it was really good. They said they would be here within 45 minutes and they were here. Their professionalism was excellent.

My system proved to be quite clean to start with, but who knew? The previous owner had cats to which I'm allergic, so this felt necessary.Have never had or seen this process done before. The two man crew was divided into competent / knowledgeable and the willing. The process involves hauling approx. 8" to 12" diameter rubber corrugated hose sections in the front door - which remains open the whole time - and up all the stairs to all the floors. These hose sections are "staged" in your driveway then carried in - ends swinging occasionally into walls and banisters - and assembled end to end up the stairs and hallways. They are distinctly not clean ( and apparently aren't cleaned as part of any process I witnessed except what gets scraped off on your walls, molding, stairway corners and carpeting). They do put down a black fabric runner underneath this large vacuum pipeline and a small pressure hose and attempt to keep the hose in and on it, at which they were mostly successful (not enough of it). Unfortunately, These grimy, tough plastic pipes are h****** the edges of stairway moldings and walls. IMO, they need an engineered corner protection system and a serious hose cleaning program. Also, with the front door wide open (it's Winter!) and no thought given to reducing the opening to only what is needed, the diesel truck exhaust fills the house if you are unlucky (like me) with wind direction or a crew who doesn't mind the fumes or are reluctant to re-park the truck down wind. Somewhat of a 'grit your teeth and get it over with' experience. My new house was empty and I was painting the walls anyway,`FWIW. Pleasant workers, unpleasant experience. Is this how it usually goes? I don't know but I'm making a religion out of changing my air filters - might avoid doing it again for years...

I contacted them and told them I would like it done as soon as possible. They were able to accommodate with an appointment within a week from calling them. They arrived a little late, maybe half an hour, but were extremely professional and courteous. They were friendly and did an excellent job. They asked about the unit and then started to work. One of them on the inside with the dryer and the other on the ladder by the outside vent. Apparently the vent to the outside was thickly covered with lint so they cleared all that out. They even swept up on the floor around the back of the dryer because it was dusty and there were lost laundry items back there. Like I said we moved in only a year ago so we have no idea when this was last done in this house. They did say it wasn't that badly blocked, and that everything looks good! We really appreciated them and they were so professional we would definitely call them again especially if we can get a good deal like we did this time for the dryer vent cleaning. Altogether they took maybe half an hour tops. They seemed very quick.

They worked quickly and efficiently with a crew of four workers. They were very detailed in there explanation of why the vent run needed to be replaced. We have had issues with the vent constantly getting clogged for years. So far airflow through the vent has been great and the time it takes to dry clothes has been cut by almost half compared to before.

When I called to make my appointment,
Chesapeake Dryer Duct Services Provider Name Locked
was very friendly and courteous. The technician came right on time and was finished in about 20 minutes. The dryer vent was completely blocked with lint, but it's totally clear now and our dryer is much more efficient than before. I used an Angie's List Big Deal for the duct cleaning, and it was no problem presenting the voucher as payment. I'd definitely recommend this company to others.

They arrived on time and did a walk thru of what they were going to do. They started immediately on the cleaning. The estimated time they gave me to finishing the job was very close to the time the work was completed. They were very professional and made certain they cleaned up any mess.
