Chesapeake Concrete Repair Contractors Reviews

"I am very happy with their work. Excellent service. Most important that they paid attention to the details that were specific to the job. I found them amicable and easy to work with. They kept the site clean and did more then what was contracted for.
"Well we are now in September 2013, In our original agreement Cays pools was to open the pool this spring, I didn't realize that "opening the pool" consisted of just pulling the cover off and allowing all the winter waste water and trash to fall into the pool, but that's what I got, it took approximately 5 weeks to get the water clear. Initially Cays pools was responding to my problems with water chemistry and getting the filtration system running, but the last call I put into the owner to ask a question about the computer controlled filter and inquire about the few items that needed addressing,(replacement of one paver) have still gone unanswered 2 months latter.I placed multiple calls to

the owner, but only got his voice mail. I ended up having to go to a pool store that carried the same filtration system I had installed by Cays pools to get the answers needed to correct my system. With their help, although I had not purchased the system from them I was able to solve my setup problems, Agean Pools gained a customer, Cays pools lost one, and I can no longer recommend them for installation of new or remodeling of existing pools,

will initially be very attentive to your needs as a customer but eventually forget that you have spent large sums of money with him, and will leave you high and dry,Good luck to anyone choosing Cays pools.
"They initially came out and gave the estimate to my husband who hired them immediately. They came back a day later and dug out approximately 5 inches from the breezeway and installed a wood frame to prepare for pouring. I was honestly pretty disappointed because after the digging, the barn was left alone for the next four days with no action and they did not return when they told my husband they would. A massive thunderstorm came through and completely flooded my barn rendering it 100% unusable. I could not even get into the barn to get my horses feed out. My husband called to complain a day later and then the following day, they brought out a pump and at least got the standing water out. It was still entirely too muddy to walk on without sinking. They let it set for a few warmer days and finanally came out and poured. There was a few more days of not walking on it to let it dry but it was much more long of a process than I think it needed to be! The finished product actually looks great and seems to be functioning well. I am sure we weren't high on the toadum pole as this company pours home foundations and they were pretty busy with a new subdivision but I was pretty disappointed with their inability to tell is when they would be out next and not always following through. It was a "side" project for them, so it is what it is and I am thankful the end result was a great breezeway! He was very kind and polite though! "

provided extensive written estimates, explanations of work he suggested doing and came out to our property on numerous occasions to measure at no cost. He was prompt, very professional, and made contact either by phone or email to schedule work dates or reschedule due to the weather. The cost of service was very good and at no time was there any pressure to commit to suggested work. We will use Eagle Masonry and Contracting for any future improvements and repairs and would recommend the company highly - they were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Angie's List for pointing us in the right direction once again by listing good companies like Eagle Masonry and Contracting!"
"I was very pleased with the work, the fence was removed and disposed of all in the same day with no mess left laying around. I was worried about the time it would take to replace the fence as I have 2 dogs. The contractor was able to stay on track and get the job done right in the schedule that we had discussed. It is a great fence and I have passed his name along to many neighbors."
"I wanted to get a slab poured in an outbuilding so I would have a concrete floor instead of a dirt floor. I got a couple of quotes that were the same ($2400, + digging and framing, + fill - if necessary). I later got a quote from this company. The owner is very friendly and relaxed. An honest, polite,

shooter. His "guess high" quote was $500 cheaper than the others and included the prep. I heard about him from a "friend of a friend". I asked what kind of deposit was required, how to get on his list of jobs, and he said "You just did" and no deposit was required. He said he had several jobs and it would be a few weeks brfore he could get to me. We had a lot of rain and my job was the only indoor job, so he called a week later and said he could come do it. I had visitors staying with me, so I didn't have time to clear the contents of the building. He understood, and called back th next week and did the job in one day. He had warned there might be an extra charge if he needed fill, but he said he was able to use the original sand under the structure as fill, so no change. He came back two days later to cut the expansion joints. I love my floor, and I appreciate that he listed to what I wanted to do with the building and gave me what I needed, nothing more, nothing less."
"I had an alright, overall feel about the experience, and I would use them for other concrete projects. One thing I didn t care for was the sidewalk because it was uneven on the edges and appeared to lean. I had to put dirt on the sides of it to fix that, and they probably should have noticed that. All in all, I couldn t complain with the results for the price, and I got what I needed."
"He built the screen porch off of the rear of our home. He was over qualified for the work he did.

retired from his profession and always wanted to do this type of work. He did it because he loved it. Anyone who would get

"I think they did a fine job. There are no cracks and everything looks smooth. I have no complaints at all. They arrived at my home as scheduled and they were also very well prepared. The workers were very nice and they seemed to work in a professional manner. The men got along very well when they were here. There were no confrontations or disagreements what so ever amongst them. I would use their services again without a question."
"The company we had originally hired to

the foundation did such a poor job, that

had to completely re-do it. This time it was done right, and for a great price. The crew was prompt, and very hard working. They finished the work in less than two days, and it is perfectly level. The work site was cleaned of all debris, and it was taken away. We were extremely happy with their service."
