"Our vehicle was smashed up pretty good. Everything went like clockwork from the time of the estimate to the time of pick up. The staff was very knoweldgable and" friendly. Very cutomer focused. Although we did not need a rental car provided to us, that service was offered immediately and on the spot. We were given a timeframe and informed up front of what circumstances could influence it taking longer, so no suprises later in the process. In the end it was done in the said timeframe. They updated frequently as to the status / progress of the vehicle, both via text and via phone. This was a nice reassurance. Allowed adequate time for questions and explained repair work / itemized bill in detail. In the end the vehicle looked fabalous. Was a newer model, so we were pretty bummed when this happened. They did such a wonderful job on both the auto body repair work itself and the paint job you would never know a colission had occured. We live about 40 minutes away and pass numerous shops along the way. Although I hope the need doesn't arise, I would definatly return there for any autobody service in the future.

That was on Sept 24, 2014. I paid a $6k deposit to them to start the work.
7 mths later into what was promised to only take 6 wks I
removed the car from their premises to have an independent mechanic verify
the workmanship.Their 1st 'new' engine had already failed in January but
their 2nd 'new' engine was also making loud knocking noises and I had a host of
other concerns from transmission, overheating and leaks. The new mechanic
declared the car not road-worthy due to fire risks from badly installed
fuel pumps next to the exhaust to loose electrical wiring resting on the
transmission tunnel to unsecured chassis supports, they did not even
use gaskets instead plugging everything up with silicone
presumably to save money and all the parts were old, worn out
previously used junk, nothing was new. So not only a massive fire risk but
leaked everywhere. Absolute cowboys. I’m lucky to be alive.

but instead they called the police citing Grand Larcency and taken to an abhorrent online ranting against me across a number of websites.The police investigated & dismissed any wrong doing on my part. My lawyer has emailed multiple times requesting a final
bill in order to justly resolve the matter with no reply. I have spent a further $27,091.95 fixing their poor workmanship and the damage they caused to the vehicle with the other mechanic.
They have over $10k worth of my property at their premises I want back.They have firearms on the premises so i am afraid to just turn up. The matter is now with the correct authorities but it has been a nightmareto work with them, they simply do not know what they are doing.
You can check out the Better Business Bureau as they have a history of doing this to people, I'm just the latest one.
I found out recently that the owner of the shop, is currently on bail for 3rd degree felony charges for not remitting sales tax they had
collected, just another reason why they should be avoided

Our Tundra truck was damaged during the ice storm that we experience in February, the truck was on an ice sheet and slid across a parking lot and ran into a concrete pole. When I walked in I am greeted by the rude girl from earlier - needless to say she had multi colored hair and looked like she had just rolled out of bed - gave her my company name and my name and again she insisted that we had no file - but the service advisor, a neatly dressed guy at another desk said yes they did and he had everything that he needed to complete an estimate. He wrote up the estimate, and wrote a separate side order for another repair I that I was going to have accomplished outside of the insurance repair. I scheduled a time to return the vehicle for repair – to be completed during the week that I was out on my vacation, as they assured me that the truck would be completed during that time. I showed up to drop off the vehicle, which I was expecting a 5 minute process since I have completed all of the preliminary work and scheduled the drop off. Again the rude girl at the front desk could not find my file in their systems and she and some women who was slouched over another desk scream back and forth at each other and finally found the file – the estimator that I had seen earlier was not there, even though I asked for him. Then the second women got onto a personal call, and the rude girl could not finish off whatever she was doing in her system until the second had to do something else and we had to wait for her to finish up on her personal phone call. Finally after almost 30 minutes of waiting they finally got my keys and I was out the door. I went on my vacation and came back – a week later - I waited until Tuesday to call to go pick up my vehicle – and was told it was not ready that there were delays with parts and additional work that they had to wait for the insurance company to approve, but that it would be ready by Wednesday. Nope, not ready on Wednesday, with no phone call, I had to call them. Well Thursday I was busy and forgot about the truck, so I emailed the manager after hours, with hopes I would get a response the first thing the next morning. I got a response that morning that the estimator had tried to text me. Remind you know this clearly marked all over my account – this is a BUSINESS and that the phone numbers are for a BUSINESS. Okay ding d***, business lines do not get text messages – and they had my email address on file. When I call I reached the manager and told him and the response was she tried to reach you – I asked him does he get text messages to his office phone – all he could was be silent. So the truck is ready, when I arrive again I am met with rude girl who now has dyed her hair multiple colors, tell her who I am and what I am there for. She shuffles through a bunch of papers on her desk and sticks a piece of paper in front of me and tells me to sign, even before I see the repairs – I refused. She grabs a file, walks into an office and hands this off to two guys who begin to argue over who should go get the truck and bring it around for inspection. Finally the manager goes and gets the truck, drives it around and I start noticing that there is a larger gap in the side panel on the left versus the right and he proceed to argue with me and says it is within acceptable range, so I pop the hood as the headlight assembly was not affixed properly and was missing a connector bolt at the top. Guess what – the second work order that I asked them to do that I was paying for – they did not even do that. I was so upset that I just said screw it – it is a work truck – I walked back in and scribbled on the document and snatched my keys and walked out. I drove straight to the Toyota dealership less than a mile down the road and had the second repair accomplished that afternoon as well they replaced the bolt on headlamp assembly for free. I would NEVER NEVER take another auto to this place, and I would highly recommend others to seek another body shop as well, as these guys are horrible!
