Business Description: Michele's Maids is a residential cleaning service that has been in business for over 13 years. Michele’s Maids is a women owned business that was started by me, Michele.For one year, my husband and I ran the day to day operations of our commercial janitorial business. After sometime, I felt I wanted to grow, but I also wanted to learn as I grew so I decided to start up a maid service division. We had plenty of employees willing to go on that journey with us, but I decided to do this with just one other person, my sister. Some days were harder then others and some days were just pure fun. Now when I look back, it always brings a smile to me. My decision to start Michele's Maids was the best business decision I ever made. I know what it takes to get a job done, so when I speak to my employees I speak from experience. I know that I can jump in at anytime and help when needed. I appreciate my employees so much more because I know first hand how hard they work.
