I never received an explanation of why B&S had lied when I called and was told "the knob wasn't in yet", or why it took them nearly a month to tell me they would not provide the knob. This was not the first time I had used this store for purchase, installation, and repair, and the other time (again for a kitchen appliance purchase and installation) was uneventful. However, the complete lack of understanding of customer service demonstrated here has convinced me to shop elsewhere.
