Lately architecture and Interior spaces go together with standars of sustainability and technology so the way that design approach is done for us is the main source to develop projects. Studio has experience in architectural and interior design as well as develop architectural drawings and presentation using Autocad, Revit and 3D modeling and 3D rendering softwares. The principal at Studio is Eduardo Sanchez project architect & senior designer who got collage degree from Mexican Autonomous University Scool of architecture & design in Mexico City with professional experience Mexico and since 2002 in United States with architectural firms in DC METRO Area with professional experience in Residential field ranging from single family houses to multifamily low-rise dweling units. Be involved in hospitality field (Boutique Hotel) in Washington DC. Be involved in Proton Therapy Center in Hampton, Virginia. Be involved on site surveys in existing constructions. (DC metro-area). At this moment I’m just working with other very talented architect-designer but we request consultant or free lance services according with size of the job. Our fees and pricing are very competitive but generally speaking set up a fee depends on the size of the job or how long you need to get job done.
