Business Description: FEES FOR SERVICE/PAYPAL! Fees For Service/Paypal: Advantage Of Online Appointment - Initial deposit of $25.00 will begin our session. Afterwhich $25.00 per, over-the-phone, 24hrs daily - weekly (discussions) plan. - Or $100. 00 monthly per 24hrs daily - monthly (discussion) plan. Counseling will take place, only, after an initial payment of $25.00 has been recieved. If you are using insurance I am willing to reciept you for your claimant, due to billing cost and delays in reimbursements my base session fee $125.00 per session. If you submit reimbursement request to your insurance and pay @ the time of service; my base pay is $125.00. -I recommend, if we are doing energy based work, the sessions be 75-90 minutes long and billed @ $125.00-$150.00 per two session. -All first appointments are 90 minutes in length, unless we decide otherwise, when we schedule the appointment. The cost of these appointments are $150.00 per two sessions. -Appointments for couples are 90-120 minutes long and are billed @ $150.00-$200.00 per three sessions. -Extended sessions are billed @$80.00/prorated. If we decide to meet longer than those time, my fee is prorated @ $80. 00 per hour. So if the work is individuals and we meet for two hours, the cost is $180.00 ($100+$80.00). -You will not be charged for phone call less than 10 minutes. Longer calls are prorated @ $100/hour fee. -Sliding Scale (to include medicaid / medicare) for a deposit of $125.00 and monthly co-payment of $50.00, client will be able to recieve consultation, counseling, and therapy @ their convience. -For all individuals, organization, and businesses and/or other instuttions assistant as referrel will be endorsed $25.00 post client fee, To ensure that we both establish good repore and neighborly outreach within the community and surrounding areas.
