A week in a half before our scheduled closing, I contacted the company to ask if closing was still scheduled for the original date and if I needed to be doing anything for closing to occur. I was contacted same day with the answers to my questions.
The week of closing was a mess, however. The title and escrow agent did not return at least three phone calls. When I did reach her, she asked me to email me the questions she listened to me just ask. She never responded to me, neither by phone or email. This was two days before closing, and mind you, I had some very important questions, such as how much money I would need to have in my checking account so that we could close. After another voicemail and lack of response, the day before closing, I called in the early evening and happened to catch the agent at her desk right before she went home for the day.
At my request, I wanted to have time to review the settlement statement. I got it about twelve hours before closing, and since it was sent in the evening, I had to wait until the morning of closing to ask questions. The settlement statement had a few large errors in it that would have cost be around $400. Luckily, I was able to get a hold of her the morning of closing a couple hours before signing and ask my questions and have the settlement statement revised.
At the end of the day, the property closed, but not without a fair amount of frustration and lack of communication.
I think it's worth adding that I work with title companies on real estate transfers in my profession, so I have some ability to judge who's good and easy to work. I would not work with
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
again after having the experience that I did.

Thankfully my real estate agent suggested I used
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
at
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
before I even put in offers on places.
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
was a tremendous help. I had a really difficult purchase with buying both a leasehold and real property which was converted into a fee
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
property all in 1 transaction. On top of that, I had a very strict lender on the
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
.
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
was always professional and thorough in handling my transaction. The final bit of outstanding service was the fact that I missed my fight into HNL for signing and
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
coordinated an after hours signing the next day, hustled to record all of our paperwork so that I could close on Friday . It saved me for being out of luck and waiting until the following Monday. I had a 40' containers and movers in toe, 4 rescue cats and a baby who all appreciated us getting the keys to our place on time.

Job started out fine but continually we were put on the back burner. We signed up at the end of April of 2014 and this job dragged to the middle of
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
and we ended up hiring a third party to do the finish clean and sealing of the Travertine. This job should have taken no more than 5 to 6 weeks from start to finish. The house was completely empty, so there was nothing that they had to work around. We have spoken with other people who have used this firm and they also commented that they would start the job, move on to another, and then come back vs. completing before moving on. While the actual work was overall up to par we did have to have them redo several areas of the floor where the tiles were not laid properly. The only complaint we have of the actual workers who did the work is they used our fans and step ladder and basically trashed them (between dust and tar from the work in the Travertine shower. These were in our locked garage, that they had access to. Initially my husband said they could use the ladder, until he saw the tar from the tile on the legs--which was getting tracked on the new Travertine as they moved the ladder around. They did clean this up after it was pointed out. They continued to get our fans out of the garage after we would lock them back up. Considering we paid them $48,955.00 in material and labor we expected to be treated better and in a more timely manner. We made the mistake of making final payment before all the work was finished and we had to pay another contractor $1250 to finish what we paid them to do. We did request a refund from
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
for this work a few weeks ago, but they never responded. I also shared the use of our personal fans and step ladder with them, along with pictures, to let them know "other issues" that were going on that they were not aware of. Bottom line, no response to either.

DSS went the extra mile in locating a lienholder so that a
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
could be released in advance of a closing date. They managed to find an officer of the company who was out of state in a very compressed time frame. They bring the title agent to your location. It was a smooth transaction. Highly recommended.

Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
at
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
was GREAT! They were a "package" deal from our lender and we are thankful they were. Everything was ready and completed when we arrived at the title company. By the time we left, we had our keys to our brand new home (after hearing horror stories from other buyers on other lending/closing companies). The entire staff was great. Highly recommended!

AWESOME! Fantastic Customer Service
They are true to their word "We stay OPEN so you can CLOSE" A mobile closing service that does closings 8 to 8 Monday thru Friday and 10 to 5 on Saturday. I had a friend refer me to them and they went so far above expectations that I was shocked.
There were no junk fees that most of the real estate industry in Western PA believes they are entilted to on top of the state mandated insurance premiums that they collect. I cannot say enough good things about
Provo Title Companies Provider Name Locked
Cipa's company. I can only hope that they advertise more and grow their business to help put an end to the corrupt practices that are rampant throughout the home buying/selling settlement process.
