Coldwell Banker (Ogden, UT) - Justin Scott

2225 Washington Blvd., Suite 100
Ogden, UT 84401
(801) 458-8824
Business Description: I'm passionate about real estate. My greatest professional reward is helping people have a positive real estate experience from myself and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. I'm a third-generation Realtor, licensed since 2001 and a graduate of the Journey to Mastery training program for real estate sales & skills excellence. I grew up in the real estate industry watching my mother and grandmother succeed in real estate, now I'm teaching my children the same work ethic and appreciation for the business. Prior to working full time as a professional Realtor I spent 20 years in sales, advertising, and marketing management in the newspaper industry and briefly for Google, but simultaneously working as a part time real estate agent for 11 years from 2001 to 2012. Juggling corporate management and real estate was becoming too time consuming away from my family, and finally my passion and success for real estate won me over for a full time real estate profession. I've traveled the world, but have found my home in North Ogden, UT with my amazing wife and 3 great kids, living on the foothills of majestic Mount Ben Lomond and enjoying some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in the world. We love to travel, as well as camp in Utah's famous great outdoors, and we frequently visit the eclectic cuisine and entertainment of the historic mountain sports town Ogden, UT, home of Ogden Raptors baseball and my alma mater Weber State University.
