Business Description: I consider myself a house doctor, and yes I do make house calls. I work on my own behalf, no employees or subs. I am a handyman not a contractor, so most repairs are charged by the hour. I accept checks or cash for payment, which usually requires a deposit. As a handyman who relies on referrals and especially call-backs for more work, it is important to me that my clients receive the best work I can do. I offer estimates, with a minimum charge. I work in Salt Lake valley exclusively so at any giving time I can be available for emergencies to existing clients and referrals. I clean up after my self. My work environment includes home owners and some rental property, no commercial businesses please. Please CALL or TEXT. Thank you...

Excluded Services: I will tell you if I can' do it. I do not do roofs, yet repairs are possible. Gutters are a two man job, I can do some repairs though. Crawl spaces are not done here either. I don't do remodels like basements or bathrooms, that's for the big guys. I can replace a throne and lavatory sink/faucet though, a little paint, presto, new bath. I try to keep things simple. Repairing a small problem now, prevents a possible major repair in the future.
Licensed: Yes, I am appropriately licensed for my trade
