Business Description: Spinnaker Engineering Science, LLC (SE Science) is a relatively small firm operated by Paul Feser, P.E. The company’s primary areas of expertise are in land development and public works projects. Our services range from Engineering, Construction Management, Land Use Planning, and Land Surveying. Although some engineering and surveying services are performed by sub-consultants the lead for all of our projects remains in SE Science’s control. SE Science strives to manage and execute the requirements identified in the project scope by responding to all inquiries and questions in a timely manner providing same day responses to most telephone calls and e-mail questions. SE Science consistently provides its clients with: • Technical expertise and experience in a wide range of project elements. • Familiarity with the design practices and standards of City, County, State, and Federal organizations. • Creativity in developing and evaluating project alternatives that result in a functional long term design that is cost effective and environmentally sensitive. • Superior quality work that has proven to be consistently accomplished within budget and on schedule. We have the knowledge and experience to solve complex land use, design, and infrastructure problems. We look forward to working on the next challenging project.
