were exactly on time. I was working from home that day and when they heard me on a conference call, they just got started cleaning the windows. They were finished in about a quarter of the time I expected the job to take and everything looked great,
Hurricane Window Cleaners Provider Name Locked
told me I had overestimated the number of windows so he reduced the invoice accordingly before giving it to me. They were neat and clean; everything was in its proper place when they finished and there was no dirt or dust tracked in the house anywhere. Very professional and very nice to deal with.

They arrived on time. Looked at all the windows and told me how much more it was to do all the storm windows. Then they got right to work. One guy inside and one on the outside. They took out every storm window and cleaned them separately cleaned the rest of the window and then put the storm window back in! They did an excellent job!

arrived 5 minutes early to the appointment.

went around the house with us and got the job specifics. The two guys then split the work between them. They were both very polite, well mannered and professional. They took care with our windows and did a nice job cleaning them. I noticed that they take safety seriously, as they used a ladder to access upstairs windows, one would hold the ladder steady and they worked together.
Before they left, we also got a cost estimate for gutter whitening and roof cleaning, something that we may think of doing in the Spring.
In all, we were very pleased with the work done and would hire them again the next time we need cleaning.

Set up a time to wash our windows. He cancelled at last minute: "Family emergency." Set up a second time: didn't show. Called his home. Wife said, "He's out." Reached him next day, "I was sick." "You could have called to tell us." "You can get your money back from Angie's List."
Would definitely not engage this provider again. We are seeking a refund from Angie's List.

I purchased the Big Deal, at $199 for homes up to 3,000 sq. feet. I live in a condo, but consulted with

before I purchased the deal if I my home would qualify. I was told I did qualify, and was informed that cleaning screens would be an extra $2/window, which I already knew and accepted. I made an appointment in

for a service date in September, and confirmed that as there is no available external water hook-up available at my condo, the company needed to bring its own water source. I understood, therefore, that the windows and screens were to be power-washed, on site. I called to confirm the day of the appointment, and again confirmed the fact that there was no external water hook-up. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by Mo, who asked to come by to check out the job. Once on site, he removed all the screens and took them to an off-site location, to power wash them. He indicated that the workers would arrive toward the end of the 2-hour window, as they had a bigger than anticipated job in the morning. I was fine with this. However, the workers arrived more than one hour late, without notifying me. They proceeded to wash all the windows, using paper towels and a glass cleaning solution in spray bottles. Mo returned with the workers. They reinstalled the screens, which looked good, with some confusion in getting the correct screens on the right windows, as not all the window screens were the same size. After the company left, while rehanging the drapes, I noticed that there was a dirty film on many of the windows (which came off as black on a clean paper towel), as well as a sticky residue at the top of three windows, where temporary shades had been taped for a week a few months ago while new blinds had been on order. While I admit the windows had not been cleaned in a long time, and that I didn't know there was any sticky residue on the windows (or I would have removed it BEFORE the windows were cleaned) I was disappointed that I had to re-do all the windows, as well as the window sills, to remove the film left behind. I guess I expected that even though the windows were dirty, the workers would have made sure that they were clean - even if this meant going over the windows a second time - before completing the job. My condo is less than 1/2 the size of the maximum size limitation for this deal, so it seems to me that it wouldn't have taken too much longer to make sure the windows were clean, even though it was late in the afternoon by the time they were finished. All in all, the work was completed and the windows now look clean, but because of the points mentioned above, I would not use this company a second time.

Cleaned the windows very well. We had signed up for a special and realized that it was for more windows than we had, so in that respect we probably would have been better off just having an estimate done for us and agreeing to that, but the difference wasn't all that much.

called off the first appointment at the last minute saying his vehichle broke down
He rescheduled it for Saturday. He called again off at the last minute saying it was raining at his location.
It was not raining at my location, but he said he cannot service and he said he could reschedule it by a week.
I declined, because the whole approach to servicing the customer was highly unprofessional.

Went great. We have older windows that do not slant into the house. Added an additional 30+ windows which was the additional expense. Going to have him clean them every year from now on.

is very professional and hard working.
He arrived on time and worked with one other person to clean all windows and skylights.
Looks like a different house! Thrilled with results - can't tell there is glass in between the windowpanes.
Beautiful job.
