. I would rate them probably average. They are probably no worse or better than the other ones. I am not overly impressed. I replaced" a cable box yesterday and that actually went very well. The service guy was very helpful and helped to swap boxes. The things work as they should but it is overpriced. It works and the internet is decent but I haven't had anything to compare it for a long while but it seems to work better than my cell. I am not unhappy with the internet service.

to get a double play bundle special. It is quoted at $89. My final price was $133. after my double play was $79.00, but I had to" sign a two year contract. Each month my bill has increased. A year later my bill is $195.00!! When I call CS (in the Phillipines) I am told, "We can always change the price whenever needed". They refused to adjust the bill. I signed a two year contract to lock in the price. ISN'T THIS CALLED 'BIAT AND SWITCH AND AGAINST THE LAW"!

After a long conversation in which I was repeatedly asked the same questions, I was told the representative could not help me and I would be transferred to the "Loyalty Department." I waited on hold for at least 10 minutes and was told by the same rep with whom I had just spoken that the lines were busy. I held for another period of time and was told again the lines were still busy. The same rep told me that there was nothing that could be done and the charge would not be removed. I doubt she spoke to anyone in the Loyalty Department.

After a month of constant down time and slow connections they determined the 18 Mbps line which I had been paying for was having issues. After arguing that about 1 hour of connection for the entire month was their fault they gave me a credit almost equal to what I had paid for service and wouldn't touch the install fee.
It took the service tech 3 weeks to get to my house and fix the problem. He was scheduled to come just a few days after I called the first time connection went down (the evening after the install), but forgot and only showed up three weeks later after I had called in 3 more times.
It worked ok for about a month, I did notice that I couldn't do hardly as much on 18 Mbps AT&T offered compared to the 4 Mbps plan that I had through Alaska Communications. Then it stopped working again luckily the over the phone tech could fix the problem if they moved me down to the 12 Mbps plan. It has worked ok but I get the feeling they keep throttling my speed down and I have been cut off a few more times. I will never go with AT&T Uverse again. I will be ending my service with them as soon as the contract is up unless I can get them to admit the crappy service and their inability to provide what they contracted to provide and get out sooner.

They relied on the independent contractor who changed out my radio unit to downgrade my service. No separate assessment. They had provided that level of service since they began it. I called both customer service and tech support, but could only leave a voice message (even though their voice system said I was always first in line). When support finally called back, I was told the contractor would call me with a tech explanation (he never did). I wanted to explore the possibility of moving my service to a closer tower.
When the service was operating as advertised, it was good. When it wasn't, and I complained, they downgraded it. If I am too far from the service tower, why did the salesperson authorize it in the first place? Why did the tech people allow the increased level of service? I was a customer for a long time, without problem. Fortunately, there was no contract to hold me in.

They're alright. They're just expensive. I pay a lot. They are so expensive. My internet service is very slow. I don't have a choice. Where I am, there are a lot of trees so the service is that crazy.

It’s a basic cable TV, I have no HBO, I have nothing. They are not very responsive for senior citizens. You have to stay on line a long time but they take care of stuff. We have seasonal subscription and they renege on any discounts they offered before originally; which the other provider we use down south doesn’t do. That’s not fair. I would get rid off them but I can’t. Their service is fine, it’s just that they are expensive.

The service technicians and phone support team is excellent. The biggest issue is cost (now at $250/month), which has been rising at a very rapid pace, much faster than the inflation rate, and not at a rate that correlates with improvements in service.
Internet speed is generally good, but slows down significantly between 3:00 pm, when school lets out, and about 10:00 pm.
Good lineup of the common channels, although it costs extra for every TV for which you want HD.
Telephone service is fine, with free calling throughout U.S. and Canada, answering service, forwarding service, call waiting, etc.
I'm looking at other options because of cost.

I would give them a negative grade if I could. The worst customer service. We are limited to one megabyte and when we try to buy more they say it's our condo association. We brought it up with our condo association,

The service man who came to do the install was very nice and pleasant, and he couldn't even believe we are limited to one. It's apparent they don't care. We have to go onto our AT&T account on my mobile device to actually do anything.
