"Installation of a new dishwasher was not satisfactory. We had to hire another firm the next day to remove the work done by
and reinstall the dishwasher. Although the installation instructions were available (on the countertop), ...more he never looked at them. Cost of reinstallation was $125.00. Dishwasher door wouldn't close and dishwasher would not operate properly after
's attempt at "winging it".
was personable and prompt, but he didn't know what he was doing. "

was terrific - we had originally bought a special deal for 3 hours of service, but came up with 8 hours of work - he replaced and secured several shutters which had fallen off, and noticed several were loose, so he fixed those ...more too. He also secured a pedestal sink in the hall bathroom, fixed shorts in a light in the bathroom as well as in a coach light outside, reattached a downspout to the house and made a ceramic ring for the chimney flu in our attic so we could get additional insulation installed. He was very knowledgeable and very service oriented. He typically does more remodeling than handyman service, but does some handyman work in between other jobs. He is really good! "

"The interior painting job we agreed to have done with
went very well. We are very happy with the results and will definitely call upon him again. They were also very good at cleaning up. While
and his crew were there, we also had arranged to have another shelf built in the laundry room. The new shelf ...more was constructed on site and replaced the 28 year old original shelf in this house. The new shelf is very sturdy and fits perfectly into the old space. "
"I named all he did above, he really went above and beyond our expectations. It is hard to find in this day and age someone who will communicate with you the whole step of the way and provide you with true reassurance that the job will be done- and well done at that! Thank you
"Was scheduled for 4/1/14, but took a little while to get it completed, because of the weather, lots of rainy days. Finally got a few days of dry weather and got it done in late April. Was worried that it was to late in the season for the pre emergent to be
effective. Over all job got done and would use them again.
Handyman arrived on time. The job should have taken 2 - 4 hours. Instead, the worker was in our home for 7-1/2 hours. The installer was not experienced in this task. There were numerous mishaps.
The installer was at our house for 2.5 hours before he put a screw in a cabinet. He cut the counter top 7 times to get it to fit. ...more It still doesn't fit correctly. He was tapping on the wall to find a stud. I asked if he needed a stud finder. He said no, he had one in the truck. He then started drilling holes in the wall to find studs. I have 15 holes in the wall behind my cabinet that he drilled. It got to the point that I told him that I would put the pulls and soft close on myself. He spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out how to put the skin on the bottom of the cabinet and I told him to forget it, that I would take care of it.

took immediate action to "fix" this situation. We were very impressed with how he handled this. Based on that, if we have another job we will contact
"I met with them on a Monday discussed all the details, and settled on a price. I paid for all materials and took the week off work so I could be there while they were. I was told by
(the general contractor) that he would have 5 people at my house first thing Tues morning and they would have the job finished in at least 3days. ...more Well at the end of the week, they had put in a total of 18 man hours, and nothing was done. My wife and I went on our planned vacation the next week and I arranged for my father to drive down to let them in my house. The following Tues. They did work that day but from what my father told me, accomplished very little. Upon our return home, we found our house and deck in complete disarray. There was paint all over our siding and deck furniture and grill which were just pushed into the corner of the deck. There were also brush
sidewalk as well as beer cans and cigarettes
deck. Our cabinet doors were in the garage collecting dirt
wet paint. The only job that was done was the chandelier was hung. I spoke with
about this and he assured me that it would all be fixed professionally. It was not. It is now more than 3 weeks since I gave him half down ($1500) and the job still is not done. I've spent $475 on materials and he is asking me to buy 10 more gallons of the deck paint which will cost $220. All of the painting work done has been extremely amature and that's being kind. There is white paint on my granite countertops and all of my stainless appliances and I'm considering filing a claim with the local magistrate. Overall this has been a terrible experience. They never show up when they say they will and they do sub par work. I took plenty of pictures and wish I could share them on this site. Do not hire
or his crew,
Contracting. It will cost me twice as much to fix the work they did for me. "
was prompt and on time. He called a couple of days before our appointment to confirm. We needed several things done around the house and
told me to create a list and he would take care of them. When he arrived he was friendly and ready to get to work. We walked through our list of needs and he took ...more notes. Little did I know that our list was actually a day and a half of work. So we prioritized our list and
went to work. He completed all of our priorities well and my husband and I were very pleased and happy with his work. We will definitely be calling him again to finish our list and we have already decided to add a few more items to the list. I'm glad we now have a go to handyman to help us around the house. "
