Business Description: Any Girl Any Guy Life Coaching. The bad news is, Life is a game. Are you tired of playing the “game” of life? Make no mistake it IS a game. Growing up, there are certain rules, values and social skills we were supposed to learn from our parents and family members so we could learn to be healthy, happy, well adjusted grownups later on in life. Many of us didn’t learn or understand the lessons, because our parents didn’t know to teach them or we came from dysfunctional homes where coping and everyday survival was the name of the game. We learned to put up walls and put on social masks to hide behind the pain and protect us from the hurt. The good news is, it’s never too late to learn the lessons and grow. You know what your walls and masks are and so do I. Everyone can see them. The only one we lie to is ourselves. Learn to get the lessons you missed and be able to move forward in life, love, peace and happiness. Learn to be the AUTHENTIC you. Learn to truly LOVE yourself and learn to love others in the process. Anyone can do this. I’m not a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist or counselor. You need a license to do those things. I don’t have a license (nor do I want one). What I am is an excellent coach. I grew up in a dysfunctional home. Through working on myself, I broke free from all the programming and learned to love myself and others and be the real me. Being you should be as effortless as breathing (when you’re being authentic). I can coach you through the process of learning what I believe we all should have learned growing up.
