"The laser was set so high that it burned holes in my skin. The bruising was extensive and lasted for three weeks. Not only did the treatment not work, it actually" made the 'spider veins' worse and the provider even admitted that they were worse. There is also a very obvious darkening of the skin on both of my
and the skin has a 'sunken' look to it. There is now a large dark area on the bridge of my nose and every place that she used the laser, there are scars where the laser burned through my skin. The provider was VERY dismissive stating "Well...I have seen worse". The only 'remedy' was to tell me that she could prescribe a 'cream' that would "cause a lot of drying and peeling of your skin but it 'should' help those dark spots. Check back in a couple of months if you want to and I will order the cream". I told her that not only was I disappointed that the treatment did not work but that I was very upset that I had the complications and that I was now left "in worse condition than when I came in here." She made no response and left the room.

"She's very pleasant and is always smiling. She doesn't keep me waiting. I've had excellent results. I typically wait just 3 minutes to be seen when I arrive (if I arrive right on time).

Both of us use a dermatologist and I use Dr.
Tyler Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
and I don't believe that she is accepting new patients right now. She is more into surgical also. She is very good. The only problem is that it is a huge company, she has 26 assistants working for her so it makes it a little slower getting in, sometimes her office is packed up quite a bit but other than that everything seems to be an 'A' with this lady. She is quite well known and specializes in remote surgery. There is not a lot of dermatologists around that does that. The other staff that work there are into more of this skin care like laser treatment and things like that, her assistants are and she is more into the serious things like serious skin problems. The timing, sometimes there is a wait in her office and so that is a 'B', otherwise it is an 'A' all the way. I give her a 'B' on punctuality because she does surgery and there are people at times because she never knows what she is going to get into when she does the surgery so sometimes you have a wait if you are going to her. All of the other categories have been perfect, the whole place is perfect, today they have their own hospital. I have a regular appointment with her so I will use her again in the future. One of the reasons for the overflow in the team in her practice right now is because a lot of the other dermatologists refer people to her. My husband also uses this doctor but he goes to another doctor but when he has anything serious or surgery or anything then he is referred to Dr.

They are very efficient. They are prompt. If they say 10 O'clock, you will get in around 10 O'clock. It is a comfortable place. They are better than most and awesome. I have not had any bad experience.

Both my wife and I have been seeing her for regular check ups and as needed. She accepts Medicare. She takes her time for each appointment and has a no nonsense approach to various issues that have come up.

She sat with me for quite a while, explaining everything to me to make sure I understood what was going on. She had a terrific bed side manner and a friendly yet professional demeanor.

Asking for a head to toe exam seemed like an imposition, and the waiting period for the appointment was longer than average. I left feeling like I'd been treated thoroughly but a little shamed as the growths were only actinic keratosis and not likely to evolve into cancer. After using the cream she prescribed for 3 months without resolution my primary care provider burned that recurring growth off in one office treatment.

I highly recommend Dr. Rothfleisch. I was able to make an appointment quickly, even as a new patient. The staff was friendly both on the phone and in person. The Dr. looked at my areas of concern and also performed a full body exam. I like the fact that this was combined in one visit, as I'm sure some providers would have turned this into two visits to bill more.
The Dr. was very clear on his findings and exactly what the next steps are for treatment. He took his time and explained everything he was doing. He answered all my questions. He was also very personable and had a great bedside manner.
I could not have been happier.

I’ve been seeing him for 7-9 years. I go to him regularly and he’s fabulous. I now go once a year and he checks everything. If I need to go to him before then, it’s easy to get me in. The office staff is fine. They are very professional. Everything for the appointment, from beginning to end, is very easy.
