Gas Grill back to life. I called and left a message and he returned my call immediately. Although he was booked solid for a week, I decided to wait anyway because ...more of the way he handled my call. He came over yesterday as scheduled, but I was unable to be there....no problem:)
let himself in to the yard and assessed the condition of the grill. He called me and explained it all over the phone and I approved the work. He called back after the work was completed and I offered to pay with a credit card. He offered to just leave an invoice and let me send him a check...REALLY? When I got home I checked out my grill and like he said, it good to go...operating like new:) I then cleaned-up the outside of the grill and grilling area and will be firing it up this weekend. Beside grilling bars this is the first repairs I have had in over ten years....best $182.00 spent in years.
I was actually think of replacing the grill, because I figure it would cost too much to fix, but I was wrong. Before you buy (a new one) give the
a try....you can't go wrong with this service. I will definitely be getting a tune-up before i let it run done again. Thanks,

provided all his cleaning tools and protective materials for around the patio. Everything went well - no complaints - he was very conscientious of his work. We will definitely use his services again!
**This cost of service ...more included labor only, not parts. "

"I called 3 times on different days and times, i put in 2 work orders as it says on the website, - it has been two weeks and no response what soever ?
I understand business can busy especially around the holidays but no response , e mail or a courtesy call is not cool, very dissappointed.
"Once the guy finished his work, I for a second thought that he just installed new
instead of cleaning ours. :)
It was sparkling new, and you can easily think that it was brand new. Very good job!
I only wish that they also would be able to fix some issues with gas burners, but unfortunately they only clean and do not fix.
and see what repairs were needed. He told me he had an opening on the 26th and that he could be at my house at 11am, would be there only a short time to see what was needed and then be ...more on his way to another appt. in Long Beach by noon. I didnt think this gave him enough time so I was willing to have him come see me at 10:30am although this was not the most advantages time for me. The morning of the 26th I waited, and waited and waited. At 12 noon he had neither come by or called to cancel. I emailed
a message on his Angies List account the morning of the 26th stating that he missed his appt. Its now been 3 days and still this company has not contacted me. This company is quit possible the most unprofessional company I have experienced in years. I am so grateful for Angies list allowing companies like this to be exposed for what they are. Buyer beware! to recondition a Fire Magic gas grill that I had purchased from the service provider. They were very busy the day of the appointment, but managed to fit me in to their schedule. They arrived right on time. I had previously purchased new flavor grids and a new warming rack from another company, so those did not need to ...more be cleaned. The job took about 2 hours with two people. The grill looked pretty good after the cleaning - not like new, but about as good as one can get without paying more money. My only issues with the service was that the technicians left the place dirty. I had to clean up a wet box that was left on the ground, turn my hose off, and clean up the concrete deck from grease and other debris from the grill. The next day I noticed that the grill hood had scratches in the stainless steel. I guess I didn't see them at first because the hood was sprayed with WD-40 to shine it. I have always taken great care not to scratch the grill hood over the years. I was very disappointed when I saw the scratches. "
