"We contacted
Sugar Land Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
Services just before the holidays in 2010 to work on a complete master bathroom renovation. They were polite and enjoyable, came up with some very nice ideas. We received a detailed, typed up itemized bid from them. Their estimate was within 100$ of a competing bid. We selected
Sugar Land Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
Services mainly because of 1-their rating with Angies List and BBB 2-ideas they gave us, which other bids lacked and 3-how well they interacted together and with us. While working out some of the details on the bid, we were a little worried about communication, as it took some phone tag and delays in getting everything worked out to an agreed contract. Mostly the communication issue was due to the holidays. After work began, communication was great.

and

followed up with us regularly to see what our thoughts were and to let us know what to expect regarding project planning. They visited us again prior to the job start to reiterate what and how the project would be handled. This put us at ease and we started on exactly the day we were told, Feb 7, 2011.

?s team includes his brother,

, tile guy and assistant, and a painter. They were all courteous, polite, paid attention to detail, and I never noticed any of them smoke. (We?ve had other contractors leave cigarette butts in our lawn before). Demolition took less than a day. We had our bathtub, carpet, commode, vanity, and tile removed. They protected our nearby furniture and did their best to cover our carpet on the pathway to the bathroom. There was still a lot of dust in our bedroom, but it?s hard to think of any way of preventing that. They put hardiboard down as a subfloor for tiling. They did a good job at screwing it down to correct squeaking we had on the second floor. We converted our tub to a large shower, so they redirected some plumbing, poured a slightly sloping shower

, and added insulation. We added a pony wall (small half wall).

was great; he contemplated the height of the wall and worried about it more than we did. The tile floor and tiled shower look great. We are so pleased with it.

and his assistant were perfectionists at it. Lines are straight, tiles are level, grout lines are thin, and the layout is really nice. We had our windows replaced and two of them were smaller than the original size, so

reframed them. On the exterior of the house, you can?t even tell anything happened. They replaced whole segments of our hardisiding, and exactly matched our house paint color.

took us to a granite yard to select our vanity top and matching shower seat. They helped guide us on selection, while helping us avoid a large expense of cutting from a whole slab. The granite company installed it, while doing some of the cutting and grinding on site.

helped pick out a color for the walls. Once again, they worried about it more than we did. Their painter did a nice job. I

?t notice any spills, drips, smudges etc. Some electrical was redirected.

, again, worried about placement of new outlets and light fixtures more than we did. He added an outlet inside our new medicine cabinet/tower, which they suggested to add more storage space and a convenient tucked away place to recharge devices. We had a frameless glass door installed for our shower. The glass installers did a nice job and it looks great. They also took our existing 80?s style huge mirror, cut it in two and added a beveled frame around it. It looks great and was fairly inexpensive. Overall, we were very pleased with

"Contracted Bayou City to remodel kitchen - custom built cabinets, floors, appliances, installing granite counter tops and backslash. They acted as the general contractor for work outside their expertise. What began as a kitchen remodel turned into a master bath redo, replaced 4 existing french doors that had rotted on the bottom. We also raised a portion of the ceiling in the kitchen which involved rerouting of the plumbing. The entire house was repainted. Bayou City Stoneworks kept in constant contact , checking on the progress of his subcontractors daily. I knew that any problem we encountered would be approached with professionalism and in a timely manner. We have no negative feedback whatsoever on any portion of the work and would highly recommend them to anyone."

"They were well-recommended but when we talked to them we liked the principal of the company. They came out and explained what they were going to do and it worked out really well. I would recommend them. We looked at three companies and I think they were the priciest but they were well worth it. "

"The whole job was turned around very fast (within a week). The template was done on Friday and the

on one day (allowing me to have a new dishwasher installed) and returned the next day to install the new

. The new

fits like a glove, especially around the island. The larger L-shaped counter had to divided into 3 separate pieces, but the seams are not that noticeable. The installers who came out were very tidy. They put paper around the floor of the work site and were very conscientious and efficient. I was very ill the day they came and while I don't know if I really had an opportunity to inspect the job after they were complete that day, I did have the opportunity a few days later to have a really good inspection. Everything was perfect as far as I am concerned. I was especially impressed with the professionalism, workmanship and thoroughness of the installers.

"They worked with me until I was completely satisfied. I picked my slab and they held onto it for about two months while I picked out fixtures for the rest of my kitchen. The day of installation the installer cut the piece of granite 1 inch too short. Luckily they had another piece of the same granite at the shop to install in my kitchen. 2nd installer came out and didn't cut the granite long enough so it didn't butt up against the cabinet like it should have. The 3rd installer (best installer they have) came out and repaired the problem with removing the oven, shoring it up, driving in nails, and used some glue with color to make it seem not as noticeable. After this was complete I was satisfied."

"Excellent from start to finish. Everything was thoroughly explained from the process to color/surface options and maintenance. Professional staff. Fiberglas tub bottom had 5 coatings (3 extra coatings) to further strengthen, which was done without an extra charge. Honest people, great value. Finished product looks wonderful. Very satisfied."

"JT and his crew did an outstanding job start to finish. He made the job of selecting the specific granite and tiles easy and provided good advice on harmonizing the colors with our existing decor. The job started and finished on the days requested. His crew was highly professional. The granite team removed the old countertops and backsplash in the morning and installed the granite the same afternoon. They did some difficult on-site cuts ensuring each piece fitted exactly as planned. They also kept the dust to a minimum and did a thorough clean-up at the end of the day. Day two, his plumber installed the range top and the new sink/disposal. Day three, his electrician installed five under-counter lights that added a dramatic effect to the kitchen. And on day four, his tile team installed the backsplash. JT came each day to inspect the progress, and after his final inspection, he sealed the granite. We are very happy with the the final product, and we plan on using AIS again in installing tile flooring in our kitchen and breakfast area.

"My very first experience with AIS was actually a year or so ago. Due to unforeseen events, I had to postpone my project. Jaison left such a good first impression on me that I didn't forget him and was the only person I considered when I resumed my project. I sent Jaison an email on a Sunday. I think it was less than a minute after I pressed 'send' that he called me. He came out to our house the next day to discuss design ideas and give us an estimate. He took his time with us and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The next day, his crew came out to take measurements. They were punctual, quick and accurate. The following Monday, Jaison and his crew began working on our kitchen. They arrived on time and completed each phase as promised. When all the work was finished they cleaned up and were on their way. I could not have been more pleased with the final results. It's beautiful! No stress. No surprises. Definitely the most efficient team I've ever seen. The professionalism and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Well done!
