Business Description: We are a traditional family owed & established business that has been servicing the Houston / Sugar Land metropolitan area since the 1960's. My dad started out with a hardware store in the 50's and grew from there. The two things that are high on our prioroty list is our workmanship & our cleanliness. We try never to leave a mess. That is my pet peave as an owner. We provide quality services using quality materials at a reasonable price. We are not a discount company but a fair market value company. Our sevice call diagnostic fee is $ 79.50 and we operate on either a flat rate or an hourly fee after that depending on the service needed or requested. Each job is different and we try to accomodate your needs as well as your budget. We warranty our workmanship for two years and provide exceptional craftsmen to do the job. Most of our services are done in house but we do use sub contractors on occasion as needed for larger projects and on large remodel jobs. We have remodeled complete homes, and installed air conditioning & heating systems in 10,000 sq ft homes and in 50,000 sq ft businesses.
