We own state-of-the-art moisture sensing equipment - a Delmhort BD2100s and know how to use them to find proof of moisture penetration, a common problem. Other moisture detection equipment includes a Tramex Moisture Encouner and an we use Infra-red camera images for electrical, moisture and heat/cool loss at air ducts.
