Business Description: We are a Private training facility offering customized training for each individual person. We have a resistance training, nutrition and cardio program to help you with your fitness goals. We clean the equipment and shower after each use so that you have a very clean environment to work out in. Everything is by appointment only so that you never have to wait for your turn. We offer a free session to all first time clients so that you can make sure that this is the right place for you to work out.
We are in the Vineyard Shopping Center next to Carinos.
