"I had a flat tire and needed to get back on the road quickly, to work out of town. I was there when they opened (on time). They got me straight in, repaired my flat, replaced my tire" and neatly replaced the donut and accessories into the
. Very professional, cost-effective and friendly. Would totally use them again!

"I needed a new refrigerator and searched for one that would fit in the sized space, I tried all the big box stores and they had me go online and check measurements of individual units." I went in to
and Appliance just because I was driving by and I told him my dilemma about the measurements. He named two models that would fit right off the top of his head and asked me to give him a few hours to see if there were any others. He found one additional one. I ordered it and he beat the big box store price, not by much but by an hour's pay! Delivery was a day later than I would have liked, they were having employee issues, but they came when they said they would be here and set up my unit and I am thrilled with the features and especially the fit. It is the largest unit available with the measurements I needed, I would have bought a much smaller unit had I not gone in and gotten their knowledgeable and professional advice.

"MY WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER I called around to find a tire dealer that had the tires I wanted and could get the job done without waiting in line for hours. The NTB guy said he had" tires assured me that they were not busy and the wait shouldn't take long. Based on this and a good Angie's List rating, I bought a set of tires at the NTB in Woodstock GA. This was a big mistake. Prior to the tire change the tire low pressure light indicated normal pressure (was out). When the work was done they informed me that their employee had damaged one of the tire low pressure sensors and that I would have to come back the following day to have it replaced. The following day, Sunday,
6th, I was notified that they had the part and that the repair would not take long. But it did. . . over three hours. The mechanic informed me that the job was complete but the light was still illuminated. He went on to explain that this was normal and that the light would go out after I drove the car for 20 mile or so. Well, that didn't happen ... the light continued to stay on. The following day, Monday
7th, day 3, I returned to NTB and told them that the light was still on. They ran some type of test and claimed that the sensor in another wheel had failed but that the failure was not their fault (just and incredible coincidence). They did however agree to replace the second sensor as a "service" but maintained that their actions had not caused the failure. I do not buy the "coincidence" explanation and do consider it "incredible", i.e., unbelievable. My family members and I have been driving vehicles with tire pressure sensors for well over 20 years and every low-pressure indication has been caused by low pressure. What are the odds that: (a) the same day I have a new set of tires installed; (b) an incompetent mechanic damages the pressure sensor on one wheel; and (c) a sensor on another wheel would fail on its own. The chances of all three events happening in the same vehicle in less than a 24 hour period would be less than a one-in-a-billion probability. Later that week I received a call from an individual who said he was conducting a survey regarding my level of satisfaction with the service I received from NTB. When I gave them very low scores (ones out of 5s) he listened to my input and thanked me for participating in the survey. A day or two later, I got another call from a gentleman who said that he was the same person who had conducted the previous survey but this time he identified himself a the NTB manager for the location where I'd bought the tires. He apologized for the problems and wanted to know what he could do to earn my repeat business. I told him that he could start by compensating me for my time and inconvenience and that the appropriate compensation would have to be much better than the free-oil-change coupon that their counter person had provided. His apology seemed sincere and he said he would look into the matter further and see what more could be done. He said he would get back to me but never did. Over the three day period I spent over 9 hours in NTB's waiting room and 2 hours transiting to/from and driving around waiting for the warning light to extinguish. I've spent over an hour on the phone and writing this and other reviews. The offer of a free oil change has only added insult to injury.

Round Rock, Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
has been servicing my SUV for a few years now. They have installed new tires and brakes, replaced worn out parts, aligned, rotated and balanced. Not to mention the many times they have come to my rescue in my seemingly never ending battle with various types of nails. The best part of all - these services have been performed in my driveway. It doesn't

I use this garage as my go-to garage for oil changes, tire replacements, and other issues where they are less expensive than the dealer. The oil changes are always prompt, within the timeframe they give me, and I never have issues after leaving the garage.
I had a recent issue with a light-problem, and just stopped by without an appointment and asked for help. They were quick to help, and after looking at the car for 10 minutes they fixed the issue and didn't charge me (parking light was stuck). I would highly recommend them as I appreciate they don't upsell you services, especially when you drive an older vehicle.

I brought my daughter's 2005 Elantra in to have 2 new tires put on the front, having just purchased 2 new back tires from a competitor.
Round Rock, Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
gave me $50 credit for the two old front tires since i'd originally purchased them there, and installed a nice pair of new radials for me. They balanced all four tires as well.
The feel of driving the car had already been feeling bouncy and choppy prior to having the new tires installed; on the way home with all new tires the car felt bouncy as though riding a horse, to the point where i pulled over to make sure the new tires were not flat. Monday morning, mainly to eliminate the new tires as a possible cause, I called
Round Rock, Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
to ask whether a loose lugnut could possibly be a source of all the erratic jogging of the car. I planned to drive the car up to

to have them take a look, but
Round Rock, Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
immediately asked if i was located in town and then sent

out to check the tires for me!! I was absolutely amazed and grateful at this superior service! Wow, not even doctors make house calls. All was well with the tires and the lugnuts, so looks like I'm off to the Alignment Shop for new shocks or alignment, sighhhh!

Their recommendations seemed solid. The service was excellent. The facility was neat and clean. I went back a week later to have the lug nuts re-torqued and they were quick to handle that. I'd definitely use them again.

I went to
Round Rock, Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
and Auto as my car's steering was making a sound and hard to move. I have a Nissan
Round Rock, Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
2002. I always do the regular servicing in Nisan dealership service centers. They charged me about $ 5150 which I think is way high for the service they provided. After doing that my car again started to have some noise the very next day. They said will need to change exhaust gasket and for which they charged $ 140. To be sure that I am going to an wrong auto service center, I went there again after a month or so, as one of my tire had a nail and needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of ~ $550. This time I was wise. Any guess how much I spent in Costco for tire replacement? Total of $114. I will never go there again and will not recommend their service to anybody.
