They give you a four hour window appointment time. Also, not a big deal but not that great either. After waiting around for three hours I finally call the office and they tell me their guy got hung up on a big project and should be there in about an hour. He finally shows up almost three hours after that. He couldn't have been nicer and he apologized for being so late. He also did a great job getting the system back up and running at peak performance. But from an initial appointment time of 11am to actually arriving at 5pm is pretty bad. There needs to be more communication between the office and repairmen in the field and the customer. I don't mind rescheduling the appointment for later in the day. But let me know. In this day and age there's no reason why someone, either the office or the repairmen can't pick up their cell phone and call to give a heads up. It's
