"We had a great experience at
. Our children have been attending over 3 years. The teachers are very nurturing and their curriculum prepared" well our kids for public elementary schools. The staff is composed of older ladies that are very caring. They are very experienced and know how to handle different kinds of kids. As a point, prior to K3, we placed our kids at more attended daycares and it took months for my daughter to stop the drop off anxiety which was much shorter at
. Facility is relatively old since it is run within the facilities of
Church. However, the classrooms are cutely set and bathrooms are modified for little kids. The drop off is at the gym which was odd in the beginning but they have a lot of toys there to play with. Also, they have a large green space with playground. The curriculum seems like traditional phonic based, but since it is church sponsored there is bible lessons added. They
’t provide lunches so one needs to pack them but also their costs are affordable when compared to skyrocketing costs at more attended daycares. While it may not be the glamorous facilities, we value good people who are caring and we found our place at

"Our daughter thrived in their infant room: got on a good sleep schedule, ate well, learned to interact with all sorts of children and adults. They were particularly" supportive of my mid-day breast-feeding visit and would allow me to breastfeed in a private room. The young toddler room was a bit more chaotic, especially as the older toddler room dropped off in her room in the mornings. The older kids zoomed around while the non-walkers admired. It's a good thing for them to interact with kids of other ages, and I support that. But the drop-off could be a little harried. They played outside a lot, and during the summers, they have "splash days" where they get to play in little baby pools. Their Christmas program is a hoot! Overall, it's a great community to be a part of.

PCMA was incredible. We cannot say enough good things about the staff, facility, curriculum, environment, teachers, etc. We feel very blessed to have landed on such a wonderful environment for our first child. It is tough to get in here, for good reasons - advice is to reserve a spot early!

We brought our 2 year old to this center in June 2014 and she is currently still attending. The staff and facility are amazing. I would recommend this child care center to anyone who has fears of dropping their child off at a daycare. After the first week, my fears were gone and I am 100% comfortable every day I bring her there.

I witnessed the employees in an outing at the skating rink. they stayed on their phones the ENTIRE time and did not supervise the children. There was a special child who could not skate nor fend for herself so my husband and I had to take care of her. she was hungry and thirsty and while the other children ate we found her in in the back corner of the rink crying because she wet herself!! these day care workers never even got up from the table and say and stuffed their faces with con session food the ENTIRE time! they even had a little boy waiting on them! I tried and tried to get in touch with the manager to maker her aware of the situation, but she was never in when I called and wouldn't return my calls! parents do not send your children to this place as they will be neglected by lazy uncaring sorry excuses for child care workers!!!

This school is now called Happy Campers
Red Oak Daycare Centers Provider Name Locked
Israel. Teacher turnover is terrible, the director is never available and very defensive if you happen to question the quality of care your child receives. My kids were so unhappy and my oldest told horror stories about kids (3-4 year olds) being sent to the office and screamed at. My 1-year-old was constantly coming home with bumps and bruises because he fell but i was never able to talk to his teacher about it because she left at 3pm. Sometimes they didn't even fill out accident reports. All the teachers seem very unhappy and most are upset and looking for new jobs due to conflicts with the director. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was one of the most horrific experience of my life trying to enroll my little one in this childcare. This is a facility that has put into place a discriminatory practices. There are dual policies of enrollment to screen out african americans and most foreigners, they create a bogus "trail" time to screen children. After 1.5 hours of visiting the school, my son was told he doesn't "fit in". Words cannot describe my outrage and I write this review so that no other family will experience this. I've contacted their upper management to report the incident with absolutely no correction, which leads me to believe this is company wide culture of racism and that's why I will urge anyone to carefully consider any

They are very attentive and work well with my children. They are caring, patient and my children are speaking a lot of Spanish. My children also enjoy going there. I highly recommend them to others.

The computer system for loging in and out children is regularly turned off before the end of business. . When the staff turns off the log out computer system they have the ability to fill in a persons name as if they have logged of that child. If you have shared custody, that can be a problem. There have been numerous times when I picked up my child, the First Impression's Daycare on Old

I CAN YOU SAY FRAUDULENT RECORDS

If everyone did a manual sign in and out, if would force their records to be accurate. It would force the front desk to be staffed.

The staff does get a parent to sign off at the end of the month that all the previous log for the month is correct. In my case, the other parent does not have authorization to sign off on my time. The staff continues to give the other parent the monthy signoff sheet. They have been generating incorrect log sheets and they have been informed that the other parent has been signing off on inaccurate log sheets.

It may not be a problem for most, unless you need accurate record for court or want to know who actualy is picking up and dropping off your child. I know i am not the only shared custody situation, so check log for accuracy or use a daycare facility with manual log sheet or better technology that ensures the child is accurately logged in and out.

My son attended part-time just for four months (then my employment situation changed). They made him feel so welcome, served nutritious food, had carefully planned activities, and gave careful notes about each day. They were flexible to provide make-up days if he was sick, and allowed me to switch days half way through. The environment was clean, there were appropriate child to teacher ratios, and an overall happy experience. I hope to enroll my son again in the fall!
