Business Description: Granite Foundation Repair is owned and managed by Betty and Jim Oursler. Jim Oursler is a degreed engineer and serves on the Board of Directors of the Foundation Repair Association. Jim has made many presentations to professional groups on proper methods fo foundation underpinning and repair. We offer a wide variety of foundation repair methods for residential and commercial properties including steel piers, helical piers, concrete piers and drainage correction. Insurance includes : Workers Compensation and broad Liability covereage. As a member of the Foundation Repair Association, we are seeking to make foundation repair a licensed trade in Texas. Our efforts failed in the 2011 and 2013 State Legislature. Presently the trade is not licensed. If a company says " licensed" it is an untruthful statement. Should our company fail, most work is further warranted by StrucSure Home Warranty (see contract). Granite Foundation Repair is a member of the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Dallas.
