Class Descriptions Small Group Gravity Equipment Classes are choreographed to provide a total body workout. The EFI GravityTM Training System is a modern power station that relies only to the weight of the own body without the use of barbells or dumbbells. Up to five students may workout simultaneously on the equipment. The instructor will lead the class through a series of exercises ranging from beginning to advanced levels customizing each move in accordance with individual needs. Pilates Mat: Various props such as flex bands, foam rollers, Pilates rings, light weights, and balls are incorporated to enhance and intensify this Pilates workout. In addition, the instructor provides class participants with movement options and modifications to ensure that each person is working safely and at her/his appropriate level of challenge. With regular attendance, students will experience increased strength, flexibility, and stamina.This class is perfect for those students who are new to Pilates, or for those looking to “brush up on the basics”. It is also appropriate for individuals who are recovering form mild injuries and are looking for a safe way to workout. Duet/Trio: Grab a friend or two for a semi-private class. Duets/trios are available for any of our classes including: Mat Pilates, Equipment Pilates, and Gravity. Private: Private Personal Pilates training is done on a one to one basis. Clients may choose to do the entire workout on the mat, on the Pilates apparatus, or both. * customized private sessions to meet your individual goals
