Business Description: Established in 1969. Russ Burgess, our founder, started doing inspections in 1969 and since that time we have performed over 160,000 home inspections. Russ wrote one of the first books ever on Home Inspections "Real Estate Home Inspections - Mastering the Profession" now in its 5th publication and still being used all over the United States to train new inspectors. We currently have 7 full time inspectors, a full time office staff of Colleen and Diane that answers our phones and handles our scheduling and we service the entire Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex area. We provide onsite computer generated reports that include color photos and a summary page of defects.
