Business Description: I am a general contractor with training in almost all areas regarding remodeling and design. I have had training in light to moderate electrical, tiling, wood flooring, framing, door installations, appliance removal and install, and remodeling of all areas of your home. Currently I have one other partner working with me, and we pride ourselves on doing all the work ourselves. We make every effort to: show up when scheduled, leave you satisfied with your remodel or work, leave your home every day clean and livable because we understand that you can not always leave your home during a remodel. We do speak English and Spanish as well. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards. We will come to your house and discuss what you are wishing to have done, take any necessary measurements, discuss colors and design, and have a completed estimate for you in the next several days. We do have to use subcontractors (or vendors) for some things such as granite, windows, foundation, and roof repairs. We have a distinguished list of vendors that we have used for years and they do guarantee their work. Payment for services is not expected in full until the work is completed to your satisfaction, but we do require a down payment which will afford us the ability to purchase all supplies needed to complete your job. We do not get paid in full unless you are completely satisfied with your work. Any changes or alterations to your remodel will be discussed with you prior to the work being done and the additional cost agreed upon by you. As with any remodel, you should be prepared for any minor or major complications, such as water damage inside the walls, cracked or broken plumbing, and things of that nature. This of course is all situational depending upon your remodel and if there is any “issues” that is the cause of the remodel. We are not currently licensed in any particular area, but we do make every effort to complete the work to code or find a vendor if the problem is too big. We pride ourselves in having kept all our previous clients happy and completely satisfied with the completed work. References are always available. Both I and my partner, Chris Pitcher of Ulysses Restorations, have been in the remodeling business for over five years now and love what we do. I come from a background including service in the Marine Corps (hence the company name…the bulldog is the Marine Corps Mascot) and in Law Enforcement. Chris has an equally colorful background which includes participation at a national level in sports and most recently as a culinary Chef! I am the proud father of five wonderful kids, and Chris has one daughter. We are not necessarily the cheapest when it comes to overall cost, but we do pride ourselves in getting the job done to the clients specifications and doing good quality work.
