Installation began 2 weeks ago and is still only two thirds done. The gutter for the back
was the wrong length - whether they measured wrong or cut wrong, I don't know. The installer told me when he thought he would be back to do it but the days went by and he didn't come back and he didn't call me. He didn't call me until I called the company to find out what was going on. When he did call me, he seemed annoyed that I had called the company, but he told another day by which he thought he would be back to complete the installation. Those days, too, went by with no communication. It should be such a
thing - say what you're doing to do and then do what you say or call and let me know. Today I received a voicemail message from the salesman with a question about a contract that clearly wasn't even mine. All told, materials have been sitting in my front yard, killing the grass and creating a hazard for anyone approaching my front door, for two weeks. I'm beginning to doubt whether anyone at this company realizes they have a signed contract with me or that they have valuable materials sitting in my front yard.

Estimate happened quickly and work scheduled within a week. Two nice guys showed up and quickly got to work. One hour later the downspouts were fixed and gutters cleaned.

showed up at my house to provide an estimate. He was very punctual and professional, assessed the property, took a few pictures and then went to his vehicle to write up a quote. When he came inside 10 minutes later, I was amazed to see he had provided me with printed images of my house with color-coded lines showing where the new gutters would be installed. He very clearly and thoroughly showed me the options for materials, clearly outlined the pricing for each option, and educated me on gutters in general. I found this very helpful, as I came into this not really know much about gutters. It was very reassuring to have someone explain it to me in a clear, straightforward manner without any high-pressured sales tactics.

did not even try to sell me the most expensive options, and helped me realize that some things were just not necessary for my house. I felt he had my best interest in mind and was not trying to maximize his own profit.
The day of the installation, everything went pretty smoothly. It was a two-man crew, and they finished the job on my 1600 sqft house in about 3 hours. My only complaint was they left some debris in the backyard on the deck uncleaned, which I had to clean up afterward. But this was mostly from sediment that was in the old gutter. Not too big a deal, but I did think they should have cleaned that up.
Overall I had a very positive experience with
Pilot Point Gutter Repair And Installation Companies Provider Name Locked
. They are not the cheapest option, and you can certainly find independent contractors that will give you a lower quote. However, as it is an investment in my house, I felt that it was worth paying a little bit extra to go with a solid, reputable company with extremely professional staff and high-quality recommendations. I would definitely go with them again for my future gutter needs.

Our sprinkler system was not working properly and the people we had been using were not reliable at all. I called
Pilot Point Gutter Repair And Installation Companies Provider Name Locked
because someone at our church had mentioned them.
Pilot Point Gutter Repair And Installation Companies Provider Name Locked
came over and not only repaired what was needed but did an examination of our system as a courtesy for us. He was very thorough for what he called a "quick check" of the system. He has a strong background in this business so we will be using his company for all future openings and closings of our systems as well as upgrades or any troubles.

is very professional and courteous and knows his business. His prices are excellent and extremely competitive. Glad we tried them.

Terrible!!! From day one - The trim they put over the bay window looks terrible, it's buckled (
Pilot Point Gutter Repair And Installation Companies Provider Name Locked
said he would be back in the spring to fix it and didn't), the siding and fascia is wavy, the gutters leak, the trim around the doors is coming off, the siding is not snapped in all around, trim is coming down, deck boards under the doors are not level and the thresholds under the doors is cracked. They took 2 1/2 to 3 hour lunches, ran heaters in an open trailer the entire time, burned up electrical plugs in our outdoor barn and didn't offer to repair or pay for the repair.

begged us to do the work for us and guaranteed that we would be happy. What a joke!!! Was given a gentleman's agreement in December of 2011 that he would be back in the spring to repair and complete the check list. We have never seen him. Computed the amount of special order siding incorrectly costing us over $500 in additional cost. ALL IN ALL THEY DID A S***** JOB!!!

My experience was fine with this company leading up to our gutters being cleaned. It was a seamless process calling them up and scheduling a time for them to come out and do the job. The day of the job the crew showed up and was done in no-time. After they were done they knocked on our door and informed us of the damage to our porch roof and gutters from the ice/snow this past winter. I asked if they could get me a quote on what it would cost to fix everything, which the head of the crew obliged and said someone from the home office would contact me.
Over the course of the next 2 months I was told numerous times someone would call me about the repairs (all I wanted was a quote). I hate having to write this review, but this company has been the worst company I've ever dealt with (from a communication standpoint). I've been told at least 5 times that the guy who works in my area would call me (he didn't). Finally, after several phone calls to their office (Each time I was promised this gentleman would call me that day) - I got a hold of the person who handles my area. We scheduled a time for him to come to our place and see what needed to be done. He was open about the fact that we didn't need to replace the gutters, and just needed new pins to hold them in place. I asked if he could give me a quote on what the work would entail (along with another quote for something that would take several days to find out). I waited 2 weeks in early June, with no response. When I called after waiting more than 2 weeks, I was told they were still waiting to hear back on the separate quote (wall work). I informed him that I've been waiting for a quote since 4/11, and to forget the wall project and just give me a quote on the gutter repair and snow-birds for roof. It's now been over a month with no response from anyone.
I've probably made 8-12 calls since April 11th, been promised several times that someone would call me back. Numerous times weeks went by with no response, yet it was me having to call back and initiate the dialogue again (and the last few calls where the the woman answering the phone could see all of the logged calls under our address and complaints I've been making - with her telling me she cannot believe this has been happening for so long, and apologizing profusely...only to have the cycle repeat itself again...and again...and again.)
So here we are, more than 3 months since the initial work...and I'm still without a quote. Simply put, I would not recommend this company to any friend, neighbor, or acquaintance.

Outstanding price and service after the sale. I discovered, after 4 years, that one of the gutter slopes was off a bit.

came out within a couple of days and fixed it at no charge. He left me a note letting me know that he came and fixed it. He was outstanding to deal with both upon initial installation and 4 YEARS after the fact. I HIGHLY recommend him and the quality of his work and customer commitment. Great to find such a quality guy; and his prices were excellent (I got numerous quotes). Glad I went with him!!!

We had been thinking about replacing our roof, and received a flyer for FNR. They sounded good - local, seemed professional (on paper), so I called for an estimate appointment. I should have known when the person on the phone made an appt for me but then was ready to hang up when I reminded her she had no contact or address information for me . . . . The man who came out and did the estimating was very courteous and seemed to know his stuff. He said we appeared to have storm damage, and that he had checked with his boss re whether there was enough for a claim, and that his boss said to go ahead with it. He gave me a folder with info about the materials FNR used, and a checklist for what to do next. I was asked to contact my insurance re a claim, and he specifically asked me twice to be sure and call the FNR office to tell them when the adjuster appt was, so he could be there. He stated that FNR wanted to be sure that the insurance adjuster understood the things that FNR noted and recommended having repaired/replaced. It all sounded reasonable to me. I got an appt with a State Farm adjuster, and started trying to contact FNR. I called multiple times over three days, and finally ended up leaving a message. I was concerned that at no time during the business day could I get a human answer on either of their numbers. I left a second and final message on their phone on 7/14/14 at 4:30 p.m. At 6:04 p.m. that same day, I got a call from
Pilot Point Gutter Repair And Installation Companies Provider Name Locked
of FNR. She stated she had the numbers for our repairs, and proceeded to talk about them. I tried several times to tell her that I had been trying to contact them per their instructions with the info about the adjuster appt, and she talked over me several times saying she knew nothing about my messages before stating that I was not the only person who had reported being unable to contact them, and that she would talk to management about it. She again went through what the estimator had said - that they are a local company, they are not storm chasers, and that they are committed to serving the people of Indianapolis. She also stated that she wanted to come for the adjuster appt in addition to the estimator, and that she would see me on 7/21/14 at 2 p.m. at our home. On 7/21/14, our State Farm adjuster arrived, waited 15 minutes for an FNR representative to show up, then proceeded to do his evaluation. There was no contact from FNR, and as yet has been none. No one from FNR ever showed up. In addition, the adjustor said that our house roof was in excellent shape. I called FNR and left a message that under the circumstances, we were not interested in working with them. I understood when I contacted them originally that although they were on Angie's List, they were as yet unrated (which was weird, since they show as having been on the List since 2012 . . .). My husband and I very much support local companies, but we aren't ignorant - FNR talks a good line but obviously doesn't want my business enough to follow through on their promises. They might be very good at what they do property repair-wise, but their front office support and their follow-through on their promises are non-existent. I would not suggest using them in any way.

They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend their work. I did not have any problems whatsoever.
