We have two roofing crews, one construction crew, and several handymen; most of them have worked with us for several years. We have a low overhead so we are able to be very competitive. As far as billing goes, it depends on the job. If a lot of materials are involved then we ask for material money in advance and ask that labor be paid upon completion. In some cases we offer 90 days same as cash with materials paid in advance. We also offer a 10% senior citizens discount.
