Our goal is to help homeowners, or prospective homeowners, rest more easily knowing someone else is managing the stressful details involved in making a house a home. • Project Management - We may be contracted to help with all aspects of your project, including to develop a construction schedule and budget, make decisions regarding aspects of construction as it progresses, acquire and oversee subs, assist in selection of decor or furnishings. •Consulting on renovation planning- if you are considering remodeling, we may be hired on an hourly basis to walk you through the steps necessary to determine budget, ideas for construction, decor and other aspects to consider as you are in the beginning phase of your home's facelift. •Home purchase decisions - if you are considering the purchase of a home and are unsure what the possibilities are for customizing it to meet your family's specific needs, you may hire Renovation Solutions on an hourly basis to help you reach your important decision. •Insurance repairs - if you have home insurance repair issues and need assistance dealing with insurance agents, contractors, or subs, we are available on an hourly basis to help see that your repairs are completed to your satisfaction •Addressing unmet needs - we may be contracted to complete projects that crews prematurely exited, restore and complete projects inadequately served by previous contractors or subs, or finish jobs from which homeowners found it necessary to release crews prior to completion of the job. •Finalizing "honey-do" lists - if you run out of time, your project exceeds your skill level, you encounter unexpected challenges, or you simply are tired of your list, we are available to help you achieve success. •Reviewing services - before you make final payment for a project you began before learning of Renovation Solutions, you may hire us to provide a "second opinion" to gain confidence that your project is complete, the cost figures are correct, warranties and other agreements are documented and it is ready for you to sign off.
