The service I received was top notch. The sales representative showed up on time, explained their shutter product and how it compared with others, answered all of my questions, and wrote up a contract. He also handled obtaining

approval; all I had to do was sign the form (which he had printed off) and make out the appropriate checks. The
Mexia Storm Shutter Installers Provider Name Locked
never contacted me about the application and it was approved. I also did not make a deposit, which greatly impressed me. In fact, I wasn't required to pay when they finished installing the shutters; they waited until everything was done to my satisfaction. The installation took a day and a half and the installers kept the work-site neat and clean. When I noticed a small hole in the screen material in the brand new screen enclosure after the installers had left,

arranged and paid to have the contractor that I used to install the enclosure make the repair. I have wide sliding windows so they provided me with a hook that I can use to easily close the shutters.
Everyone that I spoke with was very professional and courteous. My phone calls were answered promptly, even on a Friday when the office was closed.

They took care of everything, permitting, building the shutters and installing them. They were here on the day they said they would be and had the job done in two days, just as they said it would take, and at the price originally quoted.
They then arranged the code inspections which went fine.
The only thing I had to do was write the check. Not enjoyable, but they insisted.
They have done many homes in my neighborhood and that meant something.
Quite satisfied.

Top notch service from beginning to end. Sales rep (

inspection and permit pulling. Installation was a 2-day job performed by one installer: highly professional, great skills and a quality installation, clean and friendly. Entire experience with

We couldn't be happier with our new electronic roll down screens and would highly recommend

Poorly. First crew had problems with installation and simply left. I called and spoke with receptionist to get someone to call me back. No callback after 1.5 hours until owner called me back. He said there was an issue w/ the installation and the installer was frustrated. Receptionist rude.
Scheduled 2nd attempt of installation. Seemed to be "best installer" and pleasant. Assistant also knew what he was doing. Had to have additional "parts" delivered from Ft.

mid-job, extending the day. When I saw they were leaving I went out and saw that there were screws sticking out of metal, which they did trim, and mess on pieces of metal behind railings which I was told would clean up after a few rains -- yeah right. They look like a 2 year old with fingers in paint slobbered on these slide pieces.
I asked for financial compensation since it took 2 days; that means 2 days off of work for me. They agreed to a 1 year check up.
I called to find out when the completed job inspection job would be scheduled. I was told they simply forgot to schedule it. New engineering drawings were needed so told that someone would be dropping off to me on a Saturday. Never came after staying home. Was called and told that the person would bring the papers on Sunday. Showed up at approx. 7pm, after staying home all day.
The inspection by code enforcement didn't go well because Dependable forgot to tell me that I needed to be home to let him in to inspect the 2nd floor. Had to reschedule code enforcement for another day when I was home.
This was way too much work for me and feel Dependable should have taken better care with this job. Staff had no sympathy or understanding for my time at all.

The job came out great. The plantation city inspector was even impressed with their work.

installed the agreed upon equipment on the day they promised and did it in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional to deal with.

We contacted the company to request a quote. They sent someone out in a timely manner to provide the estimate. A manager arrived exactly when we were told and spent a few hours with us going over the quote and explaining the difference between the products they offer vs their competitors. The quote was not as high as expected and after our meeting we felt comfortable with Guardian doing the job. Their office emailed a few permit forms for us to sign and they gave us an approximate install date. They called about a week prior to the estimated date to say they were running about a week behind due to the weather and gave us a new installation date. They showed up on the day promised and completed the job. The shutters looked great and worked extremely well. They had forgotten the panel for one small door so I called and they delivered the panel the following day. They told me the date the city inspection would take place and they said they would meet them there and there would be no need for us to have to be there. When asked about payment, they insisted no payment be made before the inspection is completed and passed by the city. We were very impressed by that. After inspection, they emailed the invoice and we sent payment. They make doing business with them very easy, they do what they say they will do. The one suggestion I have for the management is to make a follow up call after everything is completed to be sure you are satisfied with the job... this would put them over the top and above an "A" in my book. Great job!!

Everything went fine. We visited the show room after the folks came out and gave us an estimate. They gave us more information than others we contacted. We had about 5 estimates and we liked this company and the price was great.
We like that you pull them shut, lock them and you are finished. No installing panels anymore.
